Works quite well. Temp control my favorite feature.

This is the 4th fryer they keep breaking however I like that o can fry so much at a time

We got this unit and tried for the first time and came off like a super fish and chips

A temperature Knob and a timer knob. That is all I needed. An oil drain spout would be nice for clean up.
