Beautiful, textured canopy, easy to operate. Lights nice though not overly bright.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super excited to get this in the mail! I had to order a stand because this umbrella didn't come with one. Once that got here it was super easy to put together! The lights I absolutely love they give an incredible function thats needed at night and it looks so pretty especially when I light my candles. I love the crank handle to open and close the umbrella. When it rains 🌧 it offers great protection as I love to watch it rain and the drops just roll off the tips and away from me keeping me dry. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 10 foot scarlet pimpernel! The fabric is so vibrant, it cheers me up just seeing it standing outside. Dainty aluminum frame means less rust and easy assembly. The lights are cheerful, easy to install with a connecting plug and a twist-on cap at the top. They are operated by a small switch on one of the spokes. Tilt mechanism is easy to operate. Points off for fabric durability, it seems a bit thin and some of the stitches were frayed out of the box. The price is also a bit on the high end. I hope at least replacement parts (canopy, solar panel) are available, but Above does not (yet?) list a catalogue on their website. But until such a time, anything that shades me and my mojito on a hot summer's day, and does so with such style, gets a hearty recommend.

I ordered this in royal Blue, it looks like faded denim- Picture shows dark navy. returned

Selected color showed a red, blue or tan color. I selected tan. Received gray. When I inquired was told the description was correct on the site but the color selections were wrong. Nothing they could do as tan is sold out. Very disappointing

Used the umbrella several times upright. It was fine. After the first time we tilted it, it never opened correctly again. I think the glue melted and the umbrella won't sit right if it is tilted. Completely useless as a tilting mechanism, which was the only reason we bought it.

Last September The umbrella was hard to crank and the automatic tilt did not work. I had to take the umbrella back to Sams to return. the receipt was an issue because it was purchased by a different member. Finally we Ordered a replacement umbrella. The automatic tilt still did not work . 800 %23 sent another again the auto tilt did not work! . Currently have Two (2) broke ones from 2026. What am I to do.

We received the first umbrella. It was a gift for my 86 year old dad. The umbrella was hard to crank and the automatic tilt did not work. I had to take the umbrella back to Sams to return. Ordered a replacement umbrella. It came dirty, looked like it had been used. The automatic tilt still did not work and one of the arms of the umbrella was bent. I am having to box up the umbrella and take it back to Sam's Club which is not easy due to it's length. I am not purchasing this umbrella again. We order my dad another umbrella through a different store.

I ordered two of the royal blue umbrellas. I opened the box and the color was a light blue, almost like a faded denim color. Not even close to royal or the navy blue pictured. Sending back.
