The cake was ready by the date and time scheduled. The cake was very good, moist and fresh.

It was easy to order the cake online on customize. The cake was moist and tasty, and notifications for pick up were great.

I never received the item. The item never went to ready for pickup and the next day it said I picked it up. Poor communication on Sam's Part.

Very good cake. One warning is that he pearl like decorations on the side are very hard. Be care when biting on them.
