My husband absolutely loved it for his gift. But he noticed that the power usb looked like it was used before. Why did you guys sell stuff that was used? Any explanations? Won't return because my husband likes it and refused to do that but now he thinks it is second handed even though I told him it was supposed to be new. I am not very happy about this.

These controllers really have gotten pricier from generation to generation and a lot more sophisticated, maybe unnecessarily so. Having to update the controller with the console this gen seems like asking a bit much. But when a console is designed for artistic aesthetics more than practical function, what can you expect. I'm not really sure the controllers are any better made, but with each generation Sony's controllers have a little more heft to them. I know kids seem to love the new tactile triggers. But I just regard the feature as a battery waster and turn it off, like the vibration function. It doesn't seem to add anything of value in either realism or gaming enhancement, unless the game unnecessarily limits vibration as the only clue prompt or something, rather than an audible cue. If only Sony would focus less on gimmicks and more on quality, their controllers might not need replacing as often. Or they need to make a more bare-boned version without all the unnecessary fluff that's all too often inconsistently used by developers anyway, if used at all. That said PS5 controller sticks seem to hold up a little longer than the PS4 did. Or maybe my nephews just aren't as hard on them as they used to be. Our white controller that came with the console started sticking or free-walking a little after 6 months. I found a few tricks to fixing it online, but wanted another backup just in case it gets worse. And Black Friday is the only time to buy a PS5 controller, if you can wait. The top of this blue controller has an almost pearlescent blue finish, which looks much nicer than previous generations or the black and white versions for the PS5. Of course, in a dark room, it doesn't really matter how nice it looks.

This controller has become my new all-time favorite PS5 controller. The new crisp, smooth feel of the button pressing analog movement feels great to the hands. The color, though... the color is where it's at! Out of the white, black, and red controllers, this one wins hands down!

I’m about to get a lot of brownie points for this one. My 12-year-old son is absolutely obsessed with the Sony PS5 DualSense Wireless Controller in Volcanic Red. I mean, this thing isn’t just a controller—it's practically a work of art. 😎 First off, the color. The Volcanic Red is bold, sleek, and gives the whole gaming setup some serious swag. My son loves the look of it, and let’s just say it’s now the most talked-about item in his room (next to his gaming chair, of course, but that’s another story). It’s got this fiery, vibrant vibe that makes his other controllers look, well, kind of boring in comparison. But let’s talk about the performance. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers? I honestly didn’t know controllers could get this fancy. My son was practically jumping out of his seat the first time he used it, especially when the triggers responded to in-game actions like pulling a bowstring or revving an engine. It’s like you can feel the game—if that makes sense. The immersion is next-level, and it completely changes the gaming experience. He won’t stop telling me how awesome it is. (Honestly, I think he might have developed a slight obsession.) The controller is also super comfortable. It’s ergonomic, so even after hours of intense gaming, his hands don’t get sore. I’ve noticed he’s been using it for much longer sessions without complaining, which is definitely a good sign! The wireless connection is solid, too—no annoying lag or disconnects in the middle of a game (thank you, Sony). Durability? This thing can take a beating. If you have a 12-year-old, you know they don’t exactly treat things with kid gloves. But after weeks of non-stop Fortnite marathons and crazy button-smashing, this controller is still going strong. It’s clearly built to last, and I’m pretty sure it could survive the apocalypse at this point. All in all, the Sony PS5 DualSense Wireless Controller in Volcanic Red is a total win. My son is thrilled with it, and so am I, because it’s really elevated his gaming experience. If you're looking to upgrade your kid’s controller and want something that looks great, feels amazing, and works like a dream, this is the one. Highly recommend for any serious gamer—your son (or daughter) will thank you later!

very cute. My daughter is all into everything pink and when we opened it i didnt realize how the buttons would actually look. The clear pink parts on the buttons just make it exactly what she wanted very girly. If your kid or yourself like pink definatly buy. very happy with the controller

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Same as my previous statement. It would have been nice to pay a bit less for some standard white controllers, especially since I had to buy 2 at the same time. However, there were no standard ones in stock, so I had to pay extra just because these were camouflage even though I didn’t want camouflage.

we needed to have two with how often we play. my son plays on his ps5 a lot and we were always running around looking for cords (Because my son has a habit of going through cords in a twenty four hour time period) so i bouoght a charging dock and now with having another controller, he can switch to the second one when his first one dies

This item is perfect it's exactly what I wanted it's exactly what was shown I love it thank you Walmart for having such a great variety and ease in ordering and delivery.. The Walmart difference from Amazon is with Walmart you can order it or go to the store and pick it up at Amazon you're stuck with the shipping fee no store front…

Delivery driver literally gave my item to the people at the store front even though my address had my apt%23 on it, however the delivery driver doesn't know that. Great service and efficiency as usual however these delivery debacles need to be handled. Drivers need to take the time to identify the proper location for drop off

Walmart sold me a controller that was returned, it has stick drift and the headphone jack only worked if you held the wire a certain way. That box was ripped before I got it. Thought it was fine till I tried to use it. Luckily I have other controllers.
