I bought this controller back at the end of january, It already has severe Is steak drift.. Good thing I got the protection plan.. But now I gotta go through the trouble of sending it off and being without a controller For however long.... This is literally my 10th controller this year. It seems they all have the same problem

Worked great for 6 months and then the potentiometer failed and couldn't use the right stick at all due to such terrible drift. These controllers have become worse quality because they want you to spend more money on their higher end version. The edge pro. Which I will also inevitably buy and so will you. Get over it.

liked the looks but dont like that the headphone jack is malfunctioning after right at 2 months of use i plug them in one side works not other thiught it had to be headset so bought another headset same thing wiggle it and both come on and go out would not recommend if u use headset

My husband absolutely loved it for his gift. But he noticed that the power usb looked like it was used before. Why did you guys sell stuff that was used? Any explanations? Won't return because my husband likes it and refused to do that but now he thinks it is second handed even though I told him it was supposed to be new. I am not very happy about this.

i ordered a white PS5 dual sense controller and it came fast and perfectly wrapped for protection, the warranty on the controller was pretty cheap only $6 for 2 years and i would recommend this to anyone who is looking to buy a new dual sense controller.

Was one of the lucky few to get a PS5 online. Also purchased a base that has a controller charger. So far machine works great. Is much quieter than PS4. Will be even better when more exclusive content is available. Porting over existing PS4 games from old machine was easy. Received less than a week from ordering.

Worked great for 5 months. Now it has super bad drift, so I’m going to have to return it…since it’s been less than a year, even though I paid for 2 year coverage I have to go thru PlayStation and pay OUT OF MY OWN POCKET to send it back. I sure thought since I bought the protection plan I wouldn’t have to do that. I’m not sure if it’s just PlayStation making junk controllers (this is the 3rd controller) within 2 years…or if this was just a bad seller. The other 2 controllers went bad a little over a year. 5 months is insane for a $70 controller. It’s not user inflicted either, because my 17 year old daughter doesn’t beat on her controller…

we needed to have two with how often we play. my son plays on his ps5 a lot and we were always running around looking for cords (Because my son has a habit of going through cords in a twenty four hour time period) so i bouoght a charging dock and now with having another controller, he can switch to the second one when his first one dies

I got the controller a few weeks ago, and the buttons seem like… flimsy. That's the only word I can think of to describe it. It seems like the controller isn't going to last long. For example, on one of my two original controllers, the start button is pretty much stuck. Like I can press it if I were press it at a certain angle then it would work. It seems the start button in the new one is going to do the same shortly! It just doesn't seem like a new controller, I can't quite put a finger on why. It's either a cheap controller (Sonys fault) or this isn't new.

My boyfriend and I love this controller. The color is amazing. The texture is awesome. It works so good. Stays charged for awhile. I forgot to take other pics this is the only picture I have but it's the best controller ever. The only 1 bad thing about it is the buttons do sticks a little but it don't happen often.
