Late ordering all my gifts ( daughter has been in hospital) I ordered from Walmart -Best Buy- Amazon and yet to get a email that they have been shipped Except Walmart which they were delivered before 3 pm. Next Day (Sunday) One was a PS5 accessory that took forever to find. Amazing delivery service. Thank you for making my week so much better 🙏🎄😊

I have owned a ps5 since April of this year. August 6th the controller it came with stopped working. The dpad up arrow stopped entirely. Tried all the fixes nothing works out of warranty. Bought another one August 8th. 84 days later, today, breaks again. Up arrow d pad not working. I bought insurance on it but it broke 84 days in, so idk if my insurance is voided now? I love the controller but it’s not made well. Get insurance on it because past 90 days you’ll be eating another $80

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this for my 11 year old son. He loves this controller. It grips well in his small hands and he has no issue with game play. I highly recommend this controller. Just wish it was a little bit cheaper.

Terrible workmanship. Got it in March this year. Controller left stick broke in 3 months. We'll, today the console won't read a disc. Any disc. It worked every day up to today. I'm so very angry! $500 and it stops reading discs in 9 months???? Trash from Walmart? or just plain trash.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is my second purchase of the DualSense Wireless Controller. I literally wore the other one out! Totally got my money's worth out of it. Warranted another purchase. No lagging, works exactly like I expect it to.

This already is having drifting issues, this makes my 3rd controller I now have to get. The warranty is frustrating to get so make sure you set up an account, unlike I was told, it's needed. Warranty is worth so it's replaced, but now I've gotta do it again!

Bought this controller for my computer while I wait for PS5s to come back in stock. It arrived earlier tan I expected and in good condition. Oddly enough it doesn't come with a USB C charging cable so if you need one of those I'd buy one. The USB connection is fine with little issues but I find the Bluetooth to be hit or miss. Either loses functionality or the button mapping is swapped randomly. Overall a good feeling controller and it will be good having an extra one once I finally get the console.

Within a few months every ps5 controller seems to develop drift. Fro yhe price of these, its ridiculous. we have made sure to keep them put away, not drop them, qnd basically baby them and no matter what they end up with drift. We now have 6 useless controllers with only 1 that has lasted. Never had so man issues with drift as with these controllers.

I absolutely love the PS5 controller. first, regarding the features, they are a bit gimmicky and I don't think they will be put to regular use at any point (except for PS5 exclusive games), but when they are used well like in Returnal (and obviously Astro's playroom), it truly does feel great

Dislike I didn’t get them and if was a gift so I’m very upset and on top of that you have to wait 48 hours before you call and it takes 5to 10 Business days to get my money back and I still was not able to buy the gift because the money has not hit my card yet
