very satisfied with controller. Its actually a very dark purple. Not the bright purple shown in the pic. I actually prefer the dark color. Most importantly it works fine and it was brought with package in fine shape and promptlyshipped out.

Have had to buy new controllers every year or so due to stick drift. Making games difficult to play. The new pro controller has replaceable sticks that cost more than a new controller.

Sony has done an amazing job with the ps5 and the ps5 controllers! The controllers are beautiful and feel so comfortable in your hand. I have two so far but plan to buy more! I highly recommend!

Worked for 2 months and literally just stopped working!!!! Extremely unhappy!!! I purchased insurance an I filed a claim. 2 weeks later still no email from confirmation email from Sony

I have 2 other controllers.I've had for years that work perfectly fine.But this one started drifting in a couple months. Completely unusable for watching t v, let alone any type of gaming.

Am very pleased with the quality of the controllers for the new PS5. Seems to be more sturdily made than the previous PS4 versions. The test will be how it holds up over time.

This is unacceptable . I bought rhis online before black friday and it was available. Now it says you can ship for free to me and once i hit ok it says shipping unavailable
