Great till it wasn't

My son got this bike in October for his birthday, after the winter it no longer charges and works. It's been impossible trying to find a replacement battery. We'd love to get it moving again.

I BOUGHT THIS A WEEK AGO AND JUST TODAY IT STOPPED WORKING AND BATTERY INDICTOR DOES NOT TURN ON. I THINK IT IS BECAUSE IT THINKS IS STILL CHARGING
