[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tv because of the price and the picture quality. It was easy to set up and shows a great picture. The only concern is the sound quality, you have to turn it up loudly to hear what is being said.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this 55-inch Vizio 4K QLED Smart TV courtesy of Influenster, when I turned it on its screen went black. I called Vizio customer service and they verified that the software on the TV was corrupted. Their customer service decided to send me a replacement. And they sent me a 65” Vizio 4k QLED Smart TV because they didn't have the 55” one. Their customer service is excellent the entire time they contacted me until I received the other TV. This television has beautiful colors and its image is very clear as well as the sound. If you are on the side of the TV, you will be able to see the image very clearly, just like from the front. I highly recommend this brand of television since in the past I had this brand of television and it came out of very good quality.

I bought a Vizio a few weeks ago and I still have to hit the input button and go down four clicks before I can get the input (my cable provider) I want to begin with everything. I believe I have properly requested assistance, but I still have an offer I do not want to see and a task requiring near video game talent... I overshoot on trying to hit the proper input, and have to start over. Yes I am a boomer and would like to speak with someone, but vizio seems to think, is not a good way to provide service/support. My wife says the picture is not very "crisp, the old visio was better". I have no such concerns

I bought this last week, perfect size, clear picture, sound is a little weak but I live in an senior apartment so I’m respectful of my neighbors, it was easy to setup an program, remote is simple doesn’t have 50 confusing buttons only a few, love it.

Only 2 things I wish it had is web interface like most of the others. Also being able to pair my phone like Samsung has. Other than those the TV is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Vizio TV about 10 years ago. It was a 55 inch 2K Vizio M class Television. This Vizio TV lasted 10 plus years and I knew from my experience that if I were to get another TV, It would need to be another M Class Television from Vizio but this time I was getting the 4K. The colors are rich and the detail is amazing and a very simple yet complete remote control. If you want a great experience with a Television, buy a Vizio 4K Qled M class Television.

That's why I purchased this new Vizio 55. The picture is excellent the ability to watch other platforms easily makes this TV and its price a perfect choice.

There is no surround sound system While watching the tv the screen display blacked out and I was only able to listen to the sound. Screen was turning black again and again while I can still hear the audio. I tried reset, factory reset, power cycle several times but nothing helped. Later I was chatting with customer service about this issue and surprisingly the TV worked without any issue afterwards, don’t know how! It is working perfectly fine without any issue and I am loving the channels it is offering. The sound quality could have been little better.
