[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed in this TV. It is difficult to choose channels and recently, it would not recognize my cable and I was unable to watch TV for a day or so. We had to start from scratch and reinstall the channels.

The picture is beautiful, The Vizio smart platform offers a huge selection of free channels, without a monthly fee. This is my 1st Vizio purchase, but would definitely boy again when in need of another TV.

Great Picture but long in the tooth in setup assuming that you know "nothing" and are not replacing an existing TV --- should be an option at the beginning for a quicker setup where you are replacing an existing TV and don't want to fill out screens of your preferences, etc... Also the remote is way slippery compared to other remotes --- prone to dropping it when trying to use it one handed.... Needs a bit of texture on it

Does not have an NBA app or MLB app that are compatible. The Disney app drops the internet signal all the time. You need to get your act together and make sure all Apps work on your platform. Billion $ company and selling lame product. I would have bought a different tv that is Roku enabled if I had known.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have small living room in today's standards. I wanted a bigger TV to put in the corner. This 55 " Vizio fit the bill. Beautiful picture, easy to setup would recommend Vizio TV to all of my friends and family

We are so pleased with our Vizio that we bought another one for our bedroom. The set-up is so easy. The instructions on the screen easily guide you through the process. We are older and not the most technological savvy people and had no problems following the directions. The picture is vibrant and quite clear. We would very highly recommend Vizio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really couldn’t believe that. I got a 55 inch Vizio TV. This TV has an amazing picture and the volume is perfect. It’s also very easy to set up. I would definitely recommend this TV like I said the picture is amazing and so easy to set up.

First, the TV did not include a manual. The picture is excellent once the picture settings are adjusted. I connected to a sound bar, and never heard the speakers. The remote is pitiful. If you are not using the app on your phone,you will not be happy...at all!

We bought this is march 2024 as we were leaving cable tv and going to streaming service. It is hard to navigate and has a million steps just to get where you want to be and there is no way to return to the previous program without another million steps. It is now October and the TV speakers no longer work. Reported it and am waiting for a "call from a tech"
