Liked the fact I could order on WalMart's website and have them bring the TV to my vehicle and load it. I have had a Vizio TV previously. Was very easy to install. It is easy to operate.

arrived damaged and returnef it and there is no record of the return yet. refund takes up to 3 weeks.

Screen only shows vertical white bars after less than 2 months. Cheap TV's are just not worth the hassle.

Great picture and sound. Size was perfect. Could do without smart features but overall great purchase and price

Great for the price, picture could be clearer but I'm chalking it up to being 71 and having eye problems 😂😂🤣🤣😆😆

This did not come with the legs to set it up or the cord to connect the tv and it was a birthday gift

TV had clear picture with good color for 3 days then screen just went to pale green. Turned off and when came back on just plain pale red screen.

I never could get a wifi connection or pair the remote. I've tried all the resets but it keeps going to the "Connect to a wifi Network" and freezes on up. I'm going to return it.

Software is glitchy. Speakers randomly pop. Picture is average. Will never buy a tv online again . Had to send the first one back because it came with a messed up screen. Remote volume button works some of the time.

I purchased 1, took it back, returned the second one. The picture stuttered terribly. At times I had to unplug them because they would not respond to the remotes. Sam’s club did make the exchange and return processes simple.
