Can't get no...

I bought a Vizio a few weeks ago and I still have to hit the input button and go down four clicks before I can get the input (my cable provider) I want to begin with everything. I believe I have properly requested assistance, but I still have an offer I do not want to see and a task requiring near video game talent... I overshoot on trying to hit the proper input, and have to start over. Yes I am a boomer and would like to speak with someone, but vizio seems to think, is not a good way to provide service/support. My wife says the picture is not very "crisp, the old visio was better". I have no such concerns

It's so clear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my 55" VIZIO Smart TV from Influenster and I must say it did not disappoint! Not only is the picture clear as day but it has so many awesome features! I noticed during October it had a spookfest option that took you to scary movies and now during the holidays there's a Holiday channel that plays nothing but holiday movies! I love it! It came with preset apps already loaded like Netflix, Hulu, Max, Disney+, and many more. Comes with many HDMI ports as well. I was able to connect my Ech Dot to my TV and can turn it on and off from there, I love it!

VIZIO DOES IT RIGHT

My 50""Vizio just stopped working after a dozen years of daily use. Replaced it recently with the 55" QLED set, and I am totally impressed. Easily over 80% lighter than the previous set, but with much more bang at less than half the first tv cost. Super easy to navigate. We have a smaller Vizio smart TV in the MBR, so this is my 3rd Vizio. Can't be happier with this purchase.

Hard to use, remote is a joke

We bought this is march 2024 as we were leaving cable tv and going to streaming service. It is hard to navigate and has a million steps just to get where you want to be and there is no way to return to the previous program without another million steps. It is now October and the TV speakers no longer work. Reported it and am waiting for a "call from a tech"

A bit disappointed

The TV itself works great so far, but I don't like that I am unable to add the Great American Pure Flix app to the TV. Apparently, you can only use pre-loaded apps. The only options is for me to stream it to the TV using AirPlay, which is not an option as that will tie up my phone to long which will interfere with my work. I feel this information should have been noted on the box so consumers will be informed that they can not upload apps that are not already pre-loaded.

A+ Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Vizio 55 inch 4K QLED Smart Tv. I previosly had an okder model of another brand - likely 5+ years or more older. The difference in picture quality is amazing. Obviously tech improves year-round and this tv is no exception. Oh - I also really like the remote with its design that has a smooth roller ball type effect and has a nice app to go with it. I could not find the power button but i googled for the answer. Its in the bottom right corner in the back and up a couple of inches. Overall good tv with great picture + surround sound.

Amazing QLED TV, at an amazing price.

The picture is beautiful, The Vizio smart platform offers a huge selection of free channels, without a monthly fee. This is my 1st Vizio purchase, but would definitely boy again when in need of another TV.

VIZIO 55" QLED TV (RAC)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My VIZIO 55" TV was delivered July 1, 2024 very well packed. All I had to do was to unbox , plug in the power cord turn it on, and start watching. The instructions are very easy to understand and navigate. All the apps I wanted pre-installed. The picture is very clear. The sound is good except for when the music gets intense. The sound also gets very loud when watching shows with commercials. You have to continue to adjust the sound, however, VIZIO TV is a great TV to invest in. I will be purchasing a VIZIO Sound Bar to accompany my new VIZIO TV. I will let you know how the VIZIO Sound Bar works on the VIZIO Sound Bar Review.

Great TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The menu is easy and everything is super fast. I'm a little disappointed it doesn't have the quick connect for soundbars like the other models. Sometimes when switching from inputs is a little slow. When switching to a gaming input it goes blank before turning to the other input. These are just small things, but the tv is great.

Liked the Television but not impressed with sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is amazing. Colors are vibrant and so high quality Sound system is not so good. There is no surround sound system While watching the tv the screen display blacked out and I was only able to listen to the sound. Screen was turning black again and again while I can still hear the audio. I tried reset, factory reset, power cycle several times but nothing helped. Later I was chatting with customer service about this issue and surprisingly the TV worked without any issue afterwards, don’t know how! It is working perfectly fine without any issue and I am loving the channels it is offering. The sound quality could have been little better.
