We received a 55" M6 Series Quantum Smart TV as a replacement for our 55" M8. Easy setup..clear picture, great color. However, I love watching old black and white movies and TV shows, and Vizio has taken the ability to adjust the white balance settings on this TV. The suggested setting are posted on RTINGS.COM but now there is no way to apply them.

Despite the age difference and all that Quantum 4K QLED HDR biz, the picture quality isn't any better than the old Sony. Sound isn't any better either. Thank goodness I already have a soundbar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 10 years ago I purchased my first Digital Television and it was a 2k Vizio Smart TV and This was one of the best Television I have ever purchased and even though it was a 2K verses a 4K I was satisfied with the quality and it served me well for 10 years. I just purchased another “M” class television from Vizio but this time I Bought The Quantum 4K Qled HDR Smart TV. Let’s see if I can get 10 years out of this one too.

First, the TV did not include a manual. The picture is excellent once the picture settings are adjusted. I connected to a sound bar, and never heard the speakers. The remote is pitiful. If you are not using the app on your phone,you will not be happy...at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new Vizio about 1-1/2 months ago. I've had a lot of good experiences with Vizio so I didn't even consider a different brand. I'm glad I stayed with Vizio. I haven's learned to use many of the smart features yet but the picture is incredible! The color and sharpness are amazing. My only complaint is that the volume doesn't go up as loud as my previous TV. I live in a small house so I should be able to hear the TV much better when I'm in the kitchen doing dishes or fixing meals. I realize Vizio wants to sell their soundbars and that's probably the reason the sound won't go as loud as earlier models but I'm disappointed with the volume. The sound itself is fine, the volume is my only complaint. Despite this one disappointment, I'm still a loyal Vizio customer and I would even purchase this model again if I needed another TV.

So far I love my Vizio 55" Quantum TV - had a little trouble figuring out how to setup my Xfinity remote but figured it out eventually - great picture - easy to navigate controls and lots of free channels that I'll have to explore! Wish I had bought the Soundbar system at the same time - will look at doing that in the near future - Thanks Vizio

We had our last Vizio for over 14 years with no issues and always had great customer service if I had any questions. I went ahead and bought a new one because I just didn't want to take a chance of our currant one quitting. I love the quality, picture and free channels!

I already had a Vizio Tv prior to buying this new one and I was really happy about it. It felt like the older one needed more work on the remote controller but the new one is so awesome! Also the quality of the tv is incredible! Much better choice than the competition.
