I knew that I wanted QLED, and my previous TV was a Vizio, When this tv came up as having "wide-angle viewing" I knew I had to give it a try. The picture is super crisp. I purchased a soundbar as well that was also Vizio. The soundbar volume is about as loud as the tv, so it's not for that, it's for the clarity of the dialogue so I don't have to use closed captioning. The packaging kept everything inside and the setup was super easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product.

This is the 3rd Vizio we have purchased and all have been extremely nice! We got our grand daughter a 43" V-series 4 years ago, she loves it. We have a 65"V-series in the living room, it's awesome! And this weekend I hung our new 55" M-series in the master bedroom. It's PERFECT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new Vizio about 1-1/2 months ago. I've had a lot of good experiences with Vizio so I didn't even consider a different brand. I'm glad I stayed with Vizio. I haven's learned to use many of the smart features yet but the picture is incredible! The color and sharpness are amazing. My only complaint is that the volume doesn't go up as loud as my previous TV. I live in a small house so I should be able to hear the TV much better when I'm in the kitchen doing dishes or fixing meals. I realize Vizio wants to sell their soundbars and that's probably the reason the sound won't go as loud as earlier models but I'm disappointed with the volume. The sound itself is fine, the volume is my only complaint. Despite this one disappointment, I'm still a loyal Vizio customer and I would even purchase this model again if I needed another TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Visio 55" QLED TV. it was so easy & quick to set up. Once setup was done navigation was a breeze finding all my local channels & the FREE-TV button to bring up everything else. I highly recommend this tv.

So vivid, sharp. We had to upgrade our first TV, even though it was a smart TV it was just too old. We bought it when smart tvs first came out. They last for a long time without any issues. The options are very easy to change. Very user friendly.

I love the picture my new TV shows with the same great platform as my last Vizio, except on my new TV it has been upgraded. My Vizio soundbar sounds so much better on my new TV. My TV is still new to me but so far I’m impressed. Also, I love that this is an actual Tv and I don’t have to use a converter box anymore.
