[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While maintaining its great color quality standards, Vizio has continued to deliver outstanding products. Owning Vizio electronics is an achievement to that of owning respected Samsung electronics that you can trust to have a long life. However, Vizio's OS updates provide questionable future results with the removal of features purchasers lean most on when it matters. Change is inevitable, but when it changes the relationship between your product and its access, it becomes a problem. With updates removing simple accessibility needs like “input at power on” and others; it poses questions like “Will Vizio become the new Apple?” providing updates that brick devices, instead of instilling confidence in the health of purchasers devices. Until simple key features become concrete in features, loss of confidence continues posing risks of future electronics. It is only loss of a feature, but it could end up something else entirely in the end.

While the picture quality is great, the set constantly updates and resets. Non vizio apps like youtube tv and prime have to have access redone a couple of times a month. And doing so on vizio's system is a pain. If you like having to re-enter login's and passwords frequently, you may like it, but im ditching it and getting another roku.

i don't know how this is listed as a qled tv I have a Vizio full HD tv I can't see the difference my son has a TCL tv that is qled and he can't tell the difference between my Vizio full HD tv with My Vizio qled tv i am greatly disappointed in the Vizio brand i will never buy anything related to Vizio ever again thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote is small and does not offer options to select a channel using numbers, or return to previous channel, like the Spectrum remote. I didn't get any instructions with the TV, nor an owners manual. I called Visio, but was unable to get human assistance, only AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watching sports through the apps (YouTube TV, Peacock, Amazon Prime, doesn’t matter) is terrible. The frame rate is choppy and often cuts out. I’ve tried to play with all the settings, the only that worked was plugging in a fire tv stick.

User controls are clear, picture clear, and built-in channels/service's extremely robust. You could easily go without paid subscriptions and be satisfied with the available Vizio offerings.

This one seems to have a problem holding the home screen, and also seems to have trouble with streaming apps. I have had to reload all my information with a slight power blip. Not real pleased with this Smart TV, it is not too smart.

I don't like the annoying AI voice that announces every single thing that the cursor lands on. Also don't like that the remote control doesn't have a number keyboard to input numbered channels, you have to scroll through the entire guide to find your desired channel. Meanwhile the AI voice is announcing the whole process. Luckily there is a mute button on the remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great set up!. I was able to set up the apps that I wanted in the order. I wanted them to appear. Availability of a lot of free movies and shows to watch. More banged for the dollar. I am happy that I chose VIZIO.
