picture not as good as i expected it to be

Tv is flickering. Tv is unable to connect to wifi nor does it work with Ethernet cable.

Bad sound system. Soundbar makes it worse

This is a great TV, overall. The picture is clear with sharp colors. It also responds very fast to the remote, not laggy at all like our old Roku TV was. The only complaint I have is that the audio is not so great. If there is dialogue involving people with accents, speaking fast, or where there is background music/noise - it can be a struggle to understand. There are few options for adjustment. We're going to get a soundbar

I wanted to love this, but the Home Screen is infuriating. I can't add the PBS app to the Home Screen and I can't delete some I don't want. Worse, I'm subjected to ads every time I turn it on. I do like the picture quality and the sound. Unfortunately, we lost the remote in the middle of the night and realized there isn't anyway to turn down the volume without the remote so we had to buy a replacement and a spare.
