Too complexing & not user friendly unless one is computer savvy. Especially for one over 70. No hardcopy user guide included.

quality! Pleased with my Vizio product. Crisp, clear, up to date technology,and great service. Couldn't be happier with my new tv.

The tv is was a good buy the only issue is the remote that only works sometimes even when I change the batteries.
