No sound after updates

Bought 2 tvs, sound to cable worked fine until setup internet & TV did updates. Then zero sound with cable

I love this TV initially but now it won't stay setup. None of the apps stay on tv. I have to put email and password in every app to use them.

Clear Pictrue
