The surround sound for the apps quit working within a month. Had to turn volume all the way up to be able to hear anything on Netflix or another app. I ended up having to buy a sound bar because of this. It also does not have an App Store so you can only use the preexisting apps on there. It does not include the AMC or Epix app so if I want to watch those, I have to screen mirror and then it doesn't always use the full tv screen. I will go with a different brand name next time and not waste over $300 on a Vizeo that has crappy sound and no App Store.

Up til now I've been watching everything on my computer or phone, and it was such a pain, but now it is so much easier with my Vizio. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the sound quality fluctuates. Some shows I have to turn all the way up to be able to hear what is being said, then when the ads come on, I get blasted out of my seat. Then other times it is completely opposite and I barely have to turn the volume up. U never know what I'm going to get. Overall I'm very happy with my Vizio V Series.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first Vizio TV and picture was great when viewing from the front but not as good from a side angle. Called Customer Service, who answered almost immediately, and asked her about the problem we had. She worked with us through some troubleshooting steps which did not help. I took some pictures of the screen and uploaded them to the tech department. Within several minutes a new replacement tv was being shipped. We received the new tv and it appeared that the box had been dropped. The picture was distorted with lines across the screen. I again contacted Customer Service, who again answered promptly. and uploaded pictures to the tech department. I returned the damaged set and a new replacement was shipped to me. I am happy to say this one has a great all around picture. Thanks again to the Vizio Customer Service and Tech Department.

Clear picture, great sound and app selection is very good to include all the subscriptions I have. Smart cast or apple airplay functionality is so convenient. Would buy more or bigger in the future!

I enjoyed it until I recently noticed about a 2 in stripe along the bottom of the picture that should not be there. In addition, there are 3-4 thin lines in the middle section of the screen on the right side. These imperfections ruin the enjoyment of watching shows and games. Since it is just outside the 1 year warranty period, the fix will be more costly than a new TV. Other than that, the TV is good.

The only reason why this TV is only 4 stars is because the speakers came broken. I called them and they were super friendly and helpful. Once they told me to try a bunch of things and none worked they offered to replace or repair the TV free to me. Told me it would take 5-7 business days so now I wait here with an amazing TV with no sound. Still I'd highly recommend this TV and company if you are looking for one.

Picture and features are good! I've owned it now for about 4 months. The remote could be better (no previous channel button), but is a voice remote. The low RAM has me often turning the TV on and off and on again if I do too much flipping around between apps. It will be interesting to see how long this TV will perform with its low RAM performance. Hoping for the best.

The old tv no longer received updates and many apps were no longer supported so it wasn't very "smart" anymore but still worked great in all other ways. So, I knew I wanted another vizio and found this one at a great price online. The picture quality is so amazing and the smartphone app that works as a remote is genius! Plus, there's so much free streaming content available right out of the box that I might finally be able to get rid of cable TV!
