I got this at the begining of the month to replace my Hisense 50" that died after a year. No one from support would get back to me. The picture quality and user experience is a lot better. I've had Vizios in the past, should have just picked this up soomer rather then the other brand.

We were looking for 85 inches but they were so large. We settled for this 75 inch and could not be happier. My wife and I are 66 years old and we were able to hang it ourselves. It immediately picked up our soundbar; we logged into our APPs and now we are fully functional. We installed this TV on our feature wall and it looks gorgeous!

So far, after a week of use I'm very happy with the purchase.. Just need to fine tune the tv to the Vizio sound bar and learn all the features!

We were able to link our smart devices to the TV as well to turn channels, hop between built-in streaming services, and controlling the volume. Lots of perks with this tv and we got it for a great price. Very happy with the purchase and look forward to replacing my other TVs with the same model!

Up til now I've been watching everything on my computer or phone, and it was such a pain, but now it is so much easier with my Vizio. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the sound quality fluctuates. Some shows I have to turn all the way up to be able to hear what is being said, then when the ads come on, I get blasted out of my seat. Then other times it is completely opposite and I barely have to turn the volume up. U never know what I'm going to get. Overall I'm very happy with my Vizio V Series.

It was a little tricky for my dad to navigate because he has dementia but he got use to it. I am my father's caregiver and this brand of product is great for what I was looking for. Plus it helps I'm a Vizio TV owner myself.
