We bought our TV about a month ago. Now, the remote doesn't work and I tried ALL of fixes suggested on the website. I can't even turn the TV on with it. I got the message that Smartcast needs an update but every time it tries, it says it failed. I can't control the volume. My DirectTV remote won't pair with the TV. I have tried ALL of the suggestions for that too. The remote has voice control but no matter what I say, it can't understand it.

The apps are working great. Once I was able to get the TV to connect to the Vizio App I am pleased with being able to use my phone as the remote control and not having to keep track of the remote for the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was so easy to set up and extremely user friendly. I love that it has literally everything I need and automatically changed my inputs to title them as whatever it was connected to (example: HDMI 1 into Blu-ray Player)

I purchased this a month ago and im so happy we returned the other TV. I will never change to a different model. I highly recommend anyone to buy a 55' Vizio UHD 4k SmartCast TV. This is and amazing picture and amazing sound quality it real easy to set up and navigate thru this system. You will love your purchase as I do mine.

I LOVE the picture and its clarity! However there are two things that disappointed me. First, I do not like that you can not add additional apps. For example I use Philo and I cannot add the app. You can screen share but sometimes you don't want to drain your phone. Second, I wish the sound was louder and more present. Overall, it is a good quality TV.

My favorite features are the ability to AirPlay my Apple devices to the TV and use quite a few streaming services without having to have another device. The picture quality is really good for the price. 3 HDMI ports so I can use the ARC for sound without having to lose an input is great, because a lot of TVs are coming with only 2 now. Highly recommend this TV.

Easy setup and so many features! The first thing I watched was Super Bowl LVII. Great picture quality. It's my 3rd VIZIO and I'm very happy. Money well spent!
