[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The television will freeze up and there are times that turn it off and on doesn't work at all the volume doesn't work at all sometimes and I have to completely unplug it from the wall and plug it back in to straighten it out

Wi-Fi or direct connect doesn't matter this thing still keeps up with whatever you throw at it I personally love the screen sharing from my other devices. I would buy this tv again if I needed another one

There are some limitations on apps that can be accessed and the Bluetooth connectivity is horrible so I don even try anymore. Otherwise, great picture and sound and functions exactly as it should.

Bought the latest one for my sons room, a 50" V-Series. Every room as a vizio, only reason to replace one is to go bigger lol!. I just move the smaller ones to other rooms!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought this television for our bedroom. We have another Vizio in the family room and enjoy both of them. They have a great picture and love that we can stream programs on both of them. We've enjoyed the Vizio brand for years.

I bought this in October and by December the TV had a line on the bottom 6" of the screen :( The awesome thing is that support helped me identify the problem and setup a replacement on my lunch break! That fast! Great company to support in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great TV not just for gaming but movies. Easy to interface with an older version of a Vizio sound bar I had flawlessly connects everything actually fall asleep next to this TV it's easy to control and I use it for business as well

I've only had the TV set up for 1 week. I didn't buy the expensive model, so I am pleased enough with the tv. The remote however is horrible. First, it's almost impossible to get the back of to add batteries. Then the remote doesn't do what it's supposed to. I'd rather have the old style remote with a little clip on the back to be able to open it up, and a remote with buttons to operate all the functions you need.

Tv worked great for a few months then we had a storm that caused the power to go out, when it came back on again he tv wouldn't connect to the internet. After hours on the phone with Vizio it got connected again. Then 7 months of having the tv it stopped connecting again. A few more hours on the phone with Vizio they said they would send someone out to fix it, a week later they decided they would just send us a new tv instead. Get the new tv, it works on Saturday, then Thursday night there's a power outage, we turn the tv on, won't connect to the internet again. After factory resets and unplugging everything vizio can think to tell me to unplug, it connected Thursday night, woke up Friday morning, won't connect again. Vizio set up another person to come to look at the new tv. Would not recommend unless you're bored and want to talk to a vizio worker for hours every few months, or days.
