I thought I would be able to download apps but you can't. Can't search the apps that are pre installed instead you have to go through all of them to find the you're looking for. Can't access the internet. Just highly disappointed compared to my old tv. This is my first Visio purchase and my last.

Waiting to see how long this set will last. The last one did not last but 11 months and was replaced under warranty. The controls and options are great and the Vizio name has a good reputation, but our first 58 inch set did not last. Hoping it was a fluke and this one will last for a great while. The exchange process was a breeze, even though it took about two and one half weeks to get the replacement to us.

This is a replacement TV. The original TV had a blurry white image leaking through. At first I thought it was a image of another source and that the from screen was allowing it to come through. I went many months before concluding with my own troubleshooting that there was an issue. Vizio customer support was great and thorough. Of course I said it was great because they concluded to send another TV. The delivery and pickup service was excellent. Current TV is working as expected.

I bought this approx. 3 weeks ago and at first had a bit of a learning curve with the remote and still not sure I like how it works. I personally would rather have the old remote with the channel options on it. The speakers are very poor but we ordered a polk sound bar system and now it is very clear. We did have to play with the picture to get the best color and clarity but it is great now.

Plenty of options when looking for something to watch. Only downfall is there's no Spotify app, but hopefully they add one soon. Would definitely buy again great price as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyday that I watch tv, my mind is blown. The graphics to the sound quality is amazing with this tv. I own a 43” for years, and even though it's a little outdated, I had to get a bigger tv for my living room. Which I am definitely an Vizio fan now, just like how I am a fan of Apple! Thanks to the Vizio tech team on doing such a wonderful job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The television will freeze up and there are times that turn it off and on doesn't work at all the volume doesn't work at all sometimes and I have to completely unplug it from the wall and plug it back in to straighten it out

I can remember when I actually purchased her Tv for her, it's been under a year. At first she couldn't stand it. Every time she want to change something she would call me from her cell because I was ether in the comic room taken inventory or in the Gun Room Reloading. Finally after a couple of months she can finally navigate where she needs to go. I liked it because of the picture. I thought the picture looks better than my LG Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my 50” Vizio for the living room in our home. The picture quality is outstanding and it's been very easy to use. I love the ability to use my phone to sign in to different apps and to control the tv. I'm not very tech savvy and found set-up to be a breeze.

Bought the 50 in. tv about a month ago. I had a Vizio tv prior to this one and it lasted for 12 years so i went with Vizio again. It was so easy to set up and has the most vivid colors. Would highly recommend this tv. Maybe i will get another 12 yrs out of it!
