This sunscreen is fantastic. I have really sensitive skin and needed a daily sunscreen. This lasts remarkably well--it seems to work all day. It isn't oily at all and when it dries I can't tell it's there at all--it's very hypoallergenic. Finally, I really appreciate the lack of fragrance--it's perfect for daily use.

However for everyday wear, I typically would go for something a little more hydrating and dewy looking since i have dry skin.

I brought this recently. I wear this on my face and eye lids as it has high SPF and it will protect from tanning and aging. When applied, immediately it gives a burning sensation on skin and then within 5-10 seconds it goes. and then it feels very light on skin. It doesn't clog my pores. I purchased this as mineral sun screens and age shields give a white cast on my brown skin. I need to make sure whether it is safe using this on eye lids. Can some one guide me on this? I would appreciate if there was a Neutrogena sun screen specially developed for delicate eye area.

This product claims that it does not leave a white cast. Utter lie. It was the first thing my mom noticed about me when I came home after wearing it for 30 minutes. Not to mention it was extremely thick and difficult to massage in. I have combination skin and it clung to my peach fuzz making it extremely noticable and made my face look real hairy. Not to mention like the issue I had with the serum burned my eyes. I could barely make it through my walk home because it irritated my eyes so much. There was not a single point throughout my walk where it did not hurt and I had to promptly wash it off as soon as I got home because it got so bad. And even an hour after I can still feel the sting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Neutrogena SPF 50 Sunscreen I received was surprisingly pleasant. I haven't had the highest opinion of Neutrogena so I expected this sunscreen to be meh or worse. This should be applied as the last step of your skincare routine just after moisturizing. Initially it does feel a bit heavy on your skin despite being less viscous than other sunscreen I've used with a similar feel. As you can see from my photos it blends easily into your skin without a white cast visible! My skin didn't feel greasy after application either which as someone with oily skin, is a blessing. I've worn it most days in the past week and I haven't noticed any breakouts like I've experienced with previous sunscreens. All in all, it's a really solid and economical choice for sun protection!

This sunscreen will do if you’re in a pinch but it’s certainly not something I’d reach for on the daily. I have a light tan complexion and this leaves a slight white cast on me. It burns my eyes and it also makes my moisturizer peel which I hadn’t experienced with my previous sunscreen. At least I’m fighting aging…right.

I love that this is designed exclusively for the face! I apply this before my makeup.Spf 50 is very generous and I felt well protected while being in the sun all day. I am in California and the sun can get super hot with the dry air here. So , sunscreen is a must. I am happy to say this does not clog pores or cause breakouts.
