I’ve been searching for a sunscreen that wouldn’t aggravate my acne, and the Neutrogena Clear Face Oil-Free Sunscreen SPF 50 is a game changer! This sunscreen is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave a greasy residue. It feels like I’m wearing nothing on my skin, which is amazing because I have very oily skin that’s prone to breakouts. Not only does it keep my face protected from the sun, but it also doesn’t clog my pores or cause any new breakouts. The matte finish is a bonus, and it layers perfectly under makeup. I highly recommend this to anyone with sensitive or acne-prone skin!

If I can find the first three in a spf, it’s a winner for me! Water resistance is not necessary, but a bonus if I am able to find it in a spf as well. One thing I didn’t like about it is the smell. It’s a smell that many sunscreens have. It’s strong when you apply it, but mostly dissipates. Overall, I like this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great sunscreen. I put it on and was outside for over 2 hours in the sun after having not been outside in a while and I didn't burn at all! It went on easily and didn't have that greasy feeling.

I bought this solely because it said it gave a matte finish. It definitely is not matte, in fact it looks EXTREMELY greasy on the face. However, there is no smell and it doesn't burn or physically feel greasy (except a bit on the nose). It just looks terrible on.

Not only does it go on smoothly and easily, it truly provides protection for a full two hours when I'm laying out and not swimming. My face doesn't appear oily after applying it and I have not broken out from it. I love that it provides broad spectrum protection. I'm in the sun a lot (probably too much) and this sunscreen lets me rest assured that my face is at least being protected from the harmful UVA/UVB rays.

I used it while on vacation at the beach and it did awesome with protecting me from the sun's rays. I liked how the bottle was easy for on the go and transporting in my purse or bag. The sunscreen was easy to apply and the sunscreen wasn't too thick. My face didn't feel greasy after application, nor did not break out after multiple uses. With the SPF 50, my face didn't get burned like sometimes it does with other sunscreens. My skin also felt smooth and the sunscreen didn't irritate my sensitive skin. This is my new favorite sunscreen! A must have for those hot summer months!
