[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Neutrogena Clear Face SPF 50 for free from Home TesterClub for testing purposes in exchange for my honest review. I tested this sunscreen on my hand first before applying to my face. I really wanted to love this sunscreen however, it burned and caused an allergic reaction on my face. I use Neutrogena Hydroboost Cleanser to wash my face everyday and I love their products but, I’m just not sure what is in this sunscreen that irritated my skin. Aside from the reaction, it is lightweight, has a smooth feel but does leave a slight white cast on the skin. It’s made for those prone to breakouts and may work very well for others, but it did not work out for me.

A little goes a long way so I feel this product will last me a long time. Great value for the price.

This gives great coverage, and did not leave my skin feeling overly oily or greasy. I would have preferred it to not sink into my skin as much, but it did a great job protecting my face from sunburn.

I love that this is designed exclusively for the face! I apply this before my makeup.Spf 50 is very generous and I felt well protected while being in the sun all day. I am in California and the sun can get super hot with the dry air here. So , sunscreen is a must. I am happy to say this does not clog pores or cause breakouts.

I think it would do very well under makeup because it isn't too sticky, but it has a consistency where the makeup would stick to it. I like that it is oil free. It doesn't have a strong smell. It does not have a strong fragrance and dries clear. Also it does not clog pores so no zits! I highly recommend this product.

This stuff is a game changer! The texture is just right, no greasy residue to clog pores, and absorbs super quick. Absolutely a great product!

I love how light this product felt while still offering protection from the sun. I also appreciate the fact that it did not clog my pores. This lotion sunscreen is perfect for under concealer, foundation and other make-up. I let this set on my face for a minute or two and then continued getting my face ready for the day. I felt protected while outside and didn't burn after being out for an extended amount of time.
