I have tried many sunscreen products, Neutrogena most of all. This is the only one I have found that REALLY doesn't leave you greasy, and does not leave that icky white residue on everything. This is for the face, but I use it all over. It is a great sunscreen!

It's a lifesaver for wearing under makeup. The lotion is incredibly lightweight, almost like a creamy gel that absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue. As someone with acne-prone skin, I was worried it might clog my pores, but I've been using it for a week now and haven't experienced any breakouts – in fact, my skin feels less oily throughout the day. There's also no strong scent, and it blends in perfectly with no white cast, so I don't have to worry about looking ghostly in photos. Highly recommend!

I have used a Cerave sunscreen for years--with zinc oxide. I always felt that this made my face white so I tried Neutrogena Clear Face, SPF 55. My cheeks burned like fire and were red. I did not use it for a week and tried again with the same results. I have wasted my money on this and will throw it away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sunscreen goes on easily and does not make your face feel super greasy. I always worry about getting acne with sunscreen but with Neutrogena, it goes on so smooth and not greasy I believe it will be hard to get acne with it.

This is such a great sunscreen! I have sensitive skin that is acne prone and this is the first chemical sunscreen I’ve been able to use. It really really helps with the sweat and oil I get with summer and it makes my skin look glowy. I did get some stinging around my eyes because my eyes are sensitive, so I just use a Neutrogena mineral spf around my eyes, and this one on the rest of my face and neck.

I was recently looking to purchase sunscreen/spf product for my face and was lucky enough to receive this product. It works really well. It does not make my face greasy. It smells like typical sunscreen. I do not have any comparisons for this product since I am a beginner but it definitely serves its purpose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off with, I have very fair sensitive skin and alot of products/spf irritates my skin. However, this sunscreen did not. My favorite spf is burts bees day lotion but they discontinued it awhile ago, and this neutrogena face spf reminds me of it, which I'm very happy about. I do have dry skin but this doesnt dry out my skin or leave it greasy. It does have a white cast but I can get away with it because my skin is fair. I only use this and a setting powder because it does to diminish the appearance of my pores. I will be stocking up on this face spf!

For many years I have been trying to find a sunscreen that is completely absorbed by the skin and does not leave a messy residue while still providing a high level of sun protection. I have tried dozens of sunscreens from all of the major brands over the years, and every one of them fell short, despite claims to being lightweight, non-greasy, etc. That is, until I came cross the Clear Face and Clear Body Liquid Lotion sunscreens from Neutrogena. These two sunscreens - one for the body, the other for the face - fit the bill perfectly, they are quickly absorbed by the skin and they leave no residue whatsoever. On top of it, they are reasonably priced when compared to some of the more high-end brands like Supergoo.
