We’re amazing, until they weren’t.

Worked amazing at first. Now everything - I mean everything - sticks and you have to scrape your food out. I had high hopes for these. Sad they didn’t sustain their “non-stick” coating.

Don't waste your money

These are beautiful, but they stick, and after getting them, I regret not just buying a better quality set, so I'm not having to buy a new set every year. I'm afraid I will be replacing these soon. I'd buy another brand.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. To restore the non-stick performance, we recommend soak the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Besides, here are some tips for you to maintain the nonstick performance. 1) Use it on low to medium heat consistently. 2) Prevent sudden temperature changes (Thermal Shock) on the pots, pans and lids. 3) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 4) Hand washing recommended although dishwasher safe. Please refer to the instruction manual for more details.

not so good

Got these as a gift from my husband in april. They are chipping and food is starting to stick to pans. I have taken very good of them to start falling apart.

We are sorry for your experience, Anna. Here are a few more tips for using ceramic cookware: 1. Cook on low to medium heat, always. Since aluminum provides excellent conductivity and delivers even heat distribution, high heat is unnecessary. The use of high heat can permanently discolor and reduce the durability of the cookware. 2. Selecting proper burner size, so heat touches the bottom of the cookware and does not climb up the side walls. 3. We recommend carefully placing pans on and off because sliding across metal stovetops may damage the cookware base. Awesome set

Love them! I had my eyes on this pot set for a few months and finally was able to secure them. I love the non stick feature. I love the fact it cooks my food evenly also. My only pet peeve it that the handle gets too hot to touch without potholders.

Does not work with induction

I purchased these in May and just got to use them in my new home for the first time… unfortunately they do not work with my stove top! And I can’t return them because I purchased them too long ago.

Not my favorite

They are beautiful but only lasted my family of 5 just under two years. The white started changing colors almost immediately and the non stick coating wore off unevenly.

We apologize for this experience, Bree. Seasoning your cookware can add a protective layer to help restore its non-stick properties. 1) Wash the cookware with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove all residues. 2) Dry completely with a soft cloth. 3) Apply a thin layer of high-smoke-point oil (e.g., avocado oil, canola oil) to the interior surface using a paper towel. 4) Heat the cookware over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes (avoid high heat, which can damage the ceramic). 5) Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. 6) Wipe off excess oil with a clean paper towel. Repeat this process 2–3 times. If you are still unhappy, you can return the set for a full refund as part of the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Average at best

This cookware is average, if a bit overpriced. Two of the sauté pans lost the nonstick ability soon after purchase - even though handwashed. Would not recommend unless you can find it discounted.

I'm getting the WHOLE SET!

I can't wait to get the WHOLE SET! I have had the Member's Mark 5.5-Quart Modern Ceramic Jumbo Cooker for a year. It's so pretty that it stays on my stovetop. It is now the only pan we use b/c very little oil/ butter is needed if any at all. Do NOT use sprays or metal utensils. If you take care of the pans, then they look brand new after a year.

I originally loved these, but they didn't take long and EVERYTHING stuck to them, even with a little cooking spray. I have induction heat and even though it says they work well, it's only a matter of time. Then paint is also chipping and scraping off really bad and it's bubbling around the handles on the lids. I've never put them in the dishwasher, so I'm assuming the non stick was affected by my induction heat.

We're sorry the cookware set did not meet your expectations, CAREY. In addition to the Instruction Manual, regular maintenance is very essential. They are 1) Weekly basic care: After cleaning and drying, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the pan’s interior with a paper towel. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then wipe off excess oil. 2) Monthly deep seasoning: Thoroughly clean and dry the pan. Preheat over low heat for 1 minute, then turn off the heat. When the pan is warm at around 50℃, coat the entire interior with oil. Let it sit for 2-4 hours, then wipe away excess oil. Enhance non-stick performance through proper daily use, gentle cleaning and regular maintenance to protect the ceramic coating while forming a stable oil film. As a reminder, all Member's Mark items come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and can be exchanged or returned.

Everything sticks to them!!

We were so excited about these new pots and pans, as they looked so beautiful upon opening them! However, we had used them for less than 2 months before they were essentially ruined. Everything began to stick and burn to it, no matter what we cooked. We tried the methods mentioned of soaking it overnight and nothing worked. Now, we can't even use them at all because how terrible everything sticks. Even the outside turned an awful brown color. Would not recommend sadly.

We're sorry to hear about your experience, SHARON. Seasoning creates a temporary oil layer that supplements the ceramic coating’s non-stick properties: 1) Wash the new cookware with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove manufacturing residues. If you are still unhappy, please know they can be exchanged or returned with the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
