To avoid the stain during daily use, please 1) Always use on low to medium heat and avoid the open flame climb up to the wall of the pots/pans. 2) Do not use metal utensil or utensil with hard edges. 3) If it is a slight stain, boil white vinegar and water in a 1:2 ratio over low heat for 10 minutes, or apply baking soda paste to the stained area, let it stand and then wipe it to prevent the pigment from solidifying. 4) If the outer wall is stained with oil and carbon black, it can be soaked in warm water with neutral detergent and then wiped with a soft cloth. Do not use hard objects such as steel wool balls to scrape, as this may scratch the outer wall coating or the stainless-steel material, causing a more serious staining in the future.
