Outstanding Value
We were worried about ordering these because many said they would not work with their induction ranges. They work perfectly with our Samsung Induction range. They are really nice looking and almost match our Caraway 8" skillet. The set feels like a high quality set. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend!
Doesn't work on induction!
The description states this set is induction compatible. They are not. Half the set won't even work on the induction and the other half take forever to get hot. Takes minutes to boil 2 cups of water while my old pots take seconds. Returning to store.
Stain and stick!
These pans are beautiful, but the cream color stained from propane cook top. Not sure if all the good reviews are using electric cook tops or not. After one use on propane cook top these look like junk! The food also sticks worse than cheaper sets.
We're sorry to hear about your experience, Stan. To restore the non-stick performance, we recommend soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing it the next morning. Here are some tips to help maintain its nonstick properties: Use on low to medium heat consistently. Avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock) with pots, pans, and lids. Allow cookware to cool to room temperature before washing. Hand washing is preferred, although it is dishwasher safe. For more information, please refer to the instruction manual. A great deal
The navy color with gold is so beautiful in person, but even better is how solid this set feels. Someone mentioned it is a little heavy and while I agree with that, I have been using cheap and light cookware for years and this feels like such an upgrade. Cooks wonderfully, cleans easily (I handwash mine) and I have nothing bad to say about this set!!
I purchased this set to replace all of our non-sticks and was very excited by the positive reviews. unfortunately after having them for over 1 year I hate them and I'm looking to purchase a more expensive fully ceramic brand. I cook everyday and these pots and pans are not truly ceramic, food sticks and you have to fight to scrub them clean.
We're sorry the set did not meet your expectations, Eunice. We suggest seasoning to create a temporary oil layer that supplements the coating’s non-stick properties and extends the life of your set. 1) Wash the cookware with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove all residues. 2) Dry completely with a soft cloth. 3) Apply a thin layer of high-smoke-point oil (e.g., avocado oil, canola oil) to the interior surface using a paper towel. 4) Heat the cookware over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes (avoid high heat, which can damage the ceramic). 5) Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. 6) Wipe off excess oil with a clean paper towel. Repeat this process 2–3 times. If you are still unhappy you can return the set for a full refund with the Member’s Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Disappointed
I was waiting off on writing this review. I'd give more stars because they are attractive pans but I just can't. I purchased this set to replace my last set that lasted 3 years that I got from Marshall's that just started going bad (sticking). I bought this set on February 1st. It's now march 12, I noticed the pans starting to stick after just 2 uses. And I know how to care for non-stick pans. I use both nonstick and stainless steel. I can't use these pans anymore already after A MONTH. The 9.5”%26 the 11”.They are starting to discolor, and I can't even cook eggs on them anymore at all and I use EVOOil stray every time and use med-low heat. My old pans were cheaper and lasted 3 YEARS. So I know it's not user error on my part. It sucks because I only had to replace 2 of my old set but they were black and I wanted everything to match. So I spent 200$ on these and these pans are worse after a month than my old ones were at 3 years old. Tell me how that works And I tried to upload pictures and it won't let me, it says “the operation couldn't be completed.(UGC.NetworkClientError error1.)”
Horrible pans
I bought this pan barely a month ago and it already looks completely ruined. The surface is scratched, stained, and discolored like it's been used for years. I followed all care instructions, used soft utensils, and hand washed only, yet it still looks terrible. Food sticks badly and cleanup is a nightmare. Very disappointed in the quality, especially for the price. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Not a long term product
I initially loved this set. They looked beautiful out of the box, cooked evenly, and have nice long handles. But one of the pans lost its gold finish almost immediately and the handles on the lids do get very hot. Now that I've had them for two years, the “ceramic” coating is chipping off and many places. I'm so disappointed. I do not cut or use metal tools in my pans, so I have no idea why it's happening.
This is for asthethic looks, not for every day use
This set is beautiful to look at, I won't deny that. We're a blue-collar home with three Pomskies, and our kitchen gets sun year-round, so black kitchenware isn't practical — dust shows instantly. I chose the cream-colored pans with gold handles. Elegant? Yes. Durable for heavy daily use? Absolutely not. Before fully committing, I tested a single pan to see if I liked it. I used the recommended heat setting (low to medium). After about 10 minutes of slowly warming the pan, yellow flaws started appearing under the coating. At first, I thought it was my eyes. After cooking, I let the pan come to full cooling temperature. About an hour later, while washing dishes, vacuuming, and mopping, I hand-washed the pan with a sponge (no dishwasher — we use ours as a drying rack because of limited counter space). I dried it and set it on a towel on the counter next to the sink. After finishing, I turned on every bright light in the kitchen, and my boyfriend checked it thoroughly top to bottom. He also found more yellowing. He has experience painting cars and as a mechanic, so he knows how coatings should hold up and can spot flaws if the prep was done incorrectly — this was clearly too thin. Over the same week, I tried the other pans, spaced out, after washing and drying them carefully. Every single pan showed similar flaws under the coating, despite using only silicone spatulas, ladles, and spoons. The pans come with lids, which is useful, but that's the only positive. They scratch easily, cannot be stacked, and require constant gentle handling. I cook every day and handle cookware carefully, but this set is not made for real daily use. It's fine for occasional cooking or for kitchen aesthetics, but if you cook large meals, prep multiple dishes, or have limited cabinet space, this set is not practical. This is my third Sam's Club cookware set in 20 years, and despite the gaps, nothing has improved — thin coating, easily scratched, not truly nonstick. My Marshall's ceramic cookware, nearly ten years old, outperforms these hands-down. Beautiful? Yes. Durable? Absolutely not.
Poor ceramic quality everything sticks
This cookware set is beautiful. It did great for about a month. Everything started to stick. You can't use cooking sprays. Hand washed preferred. Not happy at all with my purchase. The manager at the store said they cannot take them back since it's been longer than a 30 days. I really thought Sam's honored their lifetime warranty if it's a members mark product.
