Member's Mark 11-Piece Modern Ceramic Cookware Set

Ive only just received these pots and pans and have been used a couple of times. So far... they are definitely nonstick, the color (green) is beautiful. Im hoping these last long, but luckily Sams has a great return policy in case I run into the same problems some of the reviews have mentioned, so far i have high hopes.

Beautiful and Great Price

Love these pots and pans!  As long as you don't use high heat, they are
super easy to clean, the food does not stick and they heat evenly.  Healthy
meals with little or no butter or oil.  In fact, the guide for using these pans say not to use a cooking spray because it would leave a residue that is hard to remove.
 Glad I bought them!  I couldn't believe how many pieces were included.

Hot handles, chipped enamel

I purchase these seeing mixed reviews. Within a month of use , the ceramic pan has already been stained and also the coloring under one of the pans is starting to fade. I properly care for them. I use the correct amount of heat. I only had wash them. And I oil them every use. I contacted Members Mark who misled me on the situation. They told me that there was a glitch in their system that it will fix it, and they were going to send out replacement pans. 24 hours goes by. I get no response if they have fixed it. I get an email stating that I need to return the pans. That’s fine. But they want me to return the pans which can take over a week to get to them. Then wait up to eight days to get a refund. And then re-purchase them on my end again. So I contacted them and they said it’s a glitch in their system. So I’m confused. Isn’t that what the IT department is for. Keep in mind I have thrown out the box and also have thrown out all my pans, hoping that these would be good. It wouldn’t be so frustrating. Had I been told they were sending out replacement pans. Unlike other stores, they do not allow you to go in and replace it on site but they want you to wait up to three weeks for the total process. And the fact that they need to return me my money first before they can send out pans which I have to purchase on my own again is blasphemy. It makes the process take longer instead of doing it the proper way where they receive a return and send out the replacement. I have never had a bad experience with customer service until the purchase of these pans with Sam’s Club. You can call your local store they don’t answer the phone. You go to curbside they take hours. I do not complain. But I spent 180 bucks on these pants total and I’m supposed to cook with hopes and dreams because they cannot give out proper information. Either spend more and get the Caraways or just purchase another brand. I do not recommend these. I do not cook on the pan that is fading every day and it is already messed up. Spend the money elsewhere.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID

Absolutely LOVE this cookware! I made the comment after using it for a couple of weeks- “where has this been all my life!” It's heavy and well made. Clean up is almost as easy as wiping it clean without scrubbing. I can't say enough good things about this set!
