11-inch pan doesn’t have a lid 😭

I absolutely love this set. I am going to baby these pots/pans. The color is gorgeous. I love the gold accent and the deep green is beautiful. The only thing I don’t like is that the 11inch pan does not have a lid. I have one that fits but I was hoping to replace my old set

Sucks to clean

i was so excited when i receiced these as a house warming gift but very disappointed in members mark, everything sticks especially eggs. i dread cooking scrambled eggs just because its such a pain to clean the pan afterwards. i would never buy these again.

We suggest seasoning to create a temporary oil layer that supplements the coating’s non-stick properties and extends the life of your set. 1) Wash the cookware with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove all residues. 2) Dry completely with a soft cloth. 3) Apply a thin layer of high-smoke-point oil (e.g., avocado oil, canola oil) to the interior surface using a paper towel. 4) Heat the cookware over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes (avoid high heat, which can damage the ceramic). 5) Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. 6) Wipe off excess oil with a clean paper towel. Repeat this process 2–3 times. If you are still unhappy you can return the set for a full refund with the Member’s Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Not satisfied

I received these as a birthday gift in January and these have been the worse pans I’ve owned. I was so excited to get new pans and everyone of mine are completely stained up and EVERYTHING sticks to the skillets. I’ve never had this problem with my pots and pans. I hand wash them and take care of them but I am so disappointed in these. Maybe I received a faulty set.

Durability is Lacking

These pans are great for day to day use, especially at that price point. We did experience the skillets losing their non-stick properties after about 4 months. These skillets were used daily, and otherwise have held up very well. Sam’s warranty was contacted and they replaced the skillets with no issue.

To restore the non-stick performance, we recommend soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. As a reminder: 1) Use it on low to medium heat consistently. 2) Ensure it cools to room temperature before washing. 3) Hand washing recommended although dishwasher safe. Set came earlier than expected. It was packaged very well. I bought it because I heard they’re a dupe for the Caraway pots, and I don’t regret buying them. We bought this wanting for a healthier and safer cookware and we love it! This cookware requires very limited oil or butter and cleans up so easy. Great for foods requiring low or medium heat. Not meant for high heat but we have cast iron for that. The bonus is it looks great too!
