Eh

Does not hold up. Have had this product for a year now and purchasing a different brand. I used it daily and only hand washed. It cooked nice to begin with but now burns easily.

We are sorry for your experience with the set, Notrtherngirl15. Please know all Member's Mark items come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and can be exchanged or returned anytime. To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we suggest using a deep cleaning method that includes soaking the cookware in hot, soapy water overnight and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Besides, we have some tips for you to protect this set. 1) Always use on low to medium heat. 2) Avoid sudden temperature change. Always cool down to room temperature before hand washing. 3) Do not use corrosive cleaning products such as bleach, acids, oven cleaners, etching, etc. they will seriously damage the non-stick coating and deteriorate the finish.

Not NonStick

The pans are beautiful, but they are not nonstick. Several things sticks to them, this is with oil added. Now marks are left in the pan. Will not buy brand again.

We are sorry for your experience with this pan set, Sam. Here are some tips for you to maintain the superior nonstick performance and bright colors. Always cook on LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT. HAND WASHING RECOMMENDED though these are DISHWASHER SAFE. Always cool the pans down to room temperature before hand washing. The use of high heat and a sudden temperature change can cause metal fatigue, warping, deformation, non-stick deterioration, chipping, discoloration. However, a deep cleaning of the non-stick surface can help restore performance. This may include soaking overnight in hot, soapy water and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Please remember that all Member’s Mark items come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and can be returned any time for a full refund.

Delivered scratched

These were delivered with scratches on a couple of the pots! That's does not speak well for these since I haven't bothered to use them. I am disappointed. They will be going back!

Better than expected

These have been everything and more than what I expected. They are so easy to keep clean and easily stack in my cabinet. Great quality product and the best price in comparison to the fancy brand being promoted elsewhere.

10 out of 10

This is the best cookware I have owed. It's easy to clean. It doesn't overcook your food. The colors are so beautiful. I was concerned about the handles being hot, but that is NOT the case. I will definitely purchase another set of these.

great cookware

The black has a blueish sheen to it but I love the color and these pots and pans are really nice to cook with. So far I have not had any problems with anything sticking and they are a breeze to clean!

Great cookware

I received this for Christmas and absolutely love how nothing sticks and they clean so easily. Only issue is the pan that holds the metal steamer insert has had some of the pan interior scratch off where insert sits .

We are sorry to hear about your experience, Charlie. We suggest when using the metal steamer insert, place it carefully on and off any locations. Never use hard objects on the nonstick surface. And always place a piece of paper towel or cookware protector between each other.
