Your toilet paper is no longer soft. I am not going to purchase it again. I have been a long timer user and you have cut corners somewhere and it is no longer soft

Any cost savings is more than negated by how fragile and wasteful this product is. You will use way more than Charmin or Sam's brand. Not comfortable and requires multiple attempts to clean and it's very uncomfortable.

I've been buying Angel Soft toilet paper for many years now. The paper is always soft, it's reasonably priced, and I often find it for sale at stores I usually shop at. And many times I've been able to find a coupon for it that allows me to save even more!

I noticed that the angel soft has a different pattern and texture , but it also has given me extreme irritation, burning and itching. What did you put in the paper that I can no longer use it??? i just stocked up on paper now and I threw away the wrapping so I guess I have to take the loss?? The main thing is the amount of discomfort i'm experiencing...it is horrible!

Please let me know what is going on with NO perforations on my third roll from a 24 pack!!!??? So difficult to tear off any tp from the rolls! Very disappointed and surprised at the quality and difficulty of use of this product. I would love to be reimbursed for this purchase that did not live up to the Angel Soft standard.

Used AS for most of our married life and our last purchase is highly changed. No softness and very harsh. Why change a product that was 5 star? Thinking Ultra Soft, pricier, is the actual Regular product we loved and the Regular we just purchased, is an inferior harsh, cheaper product for you to manufacture but being sold at usual price. Poor decision on your part, bound to lose you many customers. Was glad to see so many other reviews attesting to the harshness in product now, confirmed our disappointment. We too will be searching products to match the old softness.

Last 3 16 roll packages are a wavy, curvy and very thin pieces of paper, says it's 2 ply, but has the feel of one ply, cardboard roll is off kilter, the toilet paper itself is weird, like it was manufactured on a curvy road, product is not what it used to be.

I can tell you this, people tell me all the time scott is the best brand of toilet paper. I have use both scott and angel soft. But one difference is that when you wipe with scott have way in your wiping the toilet paper has broken up and you are putting much have crap on your fingers. Angel Soft I wipe turn it and wipe again. And never is the toilet broken or do I have crap on my fingers period.

I used this product since childhood. In 2019 with no acknowledgement on their packaging the product became ‘DEVIL ROUGH’ instead of ‘angelsoft’. It’s coarse and not nearly as good as previous years. In 2025 I cannot find any replacement as good as the original Angelsoft. What a shame. They had it perfect and then proceeded to break it.

This was the brand we always bought, but no more. Last package was more like a package of belt sander rolls. At first opening the package and grabbing that first roll, I immediately noticed the different texture than normal. Nope, im good with not rubbing sandpaper on my back side. Also. This review page doesn't let you continue without saying you have purchased other products from the manufacturer in the past 6 months. So, I haven't bought any of the listed products to choose from, but a choice was required in order to continue. Maybe the web developer is the same person that makes the toilet paper.
