This unit works very well. Oscillates rotates just as advertised and as gets very hot

The heater works great my issue is it is impossible to open the remote to remove the plastic strip

Fantastic heater! Our daughter in Pennsylvania has one.We liked it so well that we decided to purchase one ourselves. Definitely not sorry we did!

Compact and versatile blowing heated air in a number of directions. Good temperature control and timer settings.

Oscillates on both vertical and horizontal axis and has a thermostat. Tremendous value and very portable.

Such a great buy, works very well the heat emitted by the product is even and the up/down..left right options are a plus

Priced right, easy to understand directions and ease of set up liked the holder for the remote on the device

I expected better. there's a sticker on the unit that basically says if the heater cuts off, unplug it for 5 to 10 minutes and try again. we use the heater for the second time this morning when our heat went out, and within about 15 minutes it shut itself off. I dug a little deeper and found that there is an internal problem and it was overheating. I bought this one specifically for its size, so it could be used in a small bedroom and not be in the way. now I'm going to return it and purchase the taller model.

I purchased this heater in preparation for a freeze down here in Florida. I had it running for less than 5 hours before it completely shut down. The power indicator blinks red and will not respond to the remote. It isn't even freezing temps outside yet. I have tried unplugging it, plugging it back in, multiple outlets... NOTHING. I will be exchanging this as soon as the store opens tomorrow but given what has happened, I do not have high hopes. It was only set to 75 degrees before it broke. You would think that if it lets you set the timer for up to 12 hours, it would at least last 12 hours before it shuts down. This is possibly the worst purchase I have ever made.

It heats up great, moves left-right-up-down great. The temperature setting to turn it off is in no way accurate. At 50 degrees it shows 75 degrees so don't use that option ( It help's it sell though I guess). The timing setting is for it to turn off, not in intervals ( Just so you know how the time setting works).
