It’s mess free and easy for them to feed this to themselves. It’s a great portion size for a snack. The top is easy for my 3 year old to twist off by himself.

I have a hard time getting my 5 year old autistic daughter to eat fruits but she loves this apple sauce. Its convenient and you can literally take it anywhere. You can eat it at room temperature or put it in the refrigerator. My family prefers it to be cold. I love how you can store it in the refrigerator or pantry. It has a very distinct apple taste. Its sweet with a tiny hint of sour. It has a nice texture as well. We love this snack and will continue to purchase it in the future. There are other flavors that we can't wait to try as well.
