My kids can open them themselves and they require no prep. One of my kids is picky about textures and consistencies but this is one of his favorites. We prefer the organic version of this product but otherwise this is a great item that we keep in stock at my house.

It was interesting as it's not an applesauce and more of a puree. It felt like baby food. The taste wasn't bad and I think it could grow on me.
