Decent mattress but sinks in the middle but for the price, it's somewhat acceptable.

Failure i unrolled like instruction stated the mattress only got to 10.5 inched instead of 12

Isnt worth the money.

Hired someone to transport since it was too heavy for me. Unboxed it and once it uncurled, it had a chunk of foam missing under the cover. I contacted Sam's to see if they could arrange to pick it up to return to the store so I could order replacement online. They would have picked it up if it was ordered online but refused to do that since it was bought. It is too large to fit in my car and far too heavy for me to handle. I'm very disappointed in the mattress and Sam's for not making this right.

Defective & Sam's won't help

Very comfy. Slightly soft but as I age I find I need a soft mattress to reduce back pain due to DJD. my adult kids also find it comfortable too. We've purchased 3 in the past few years, so we are starting a mattress collection. Lol
