More like a plush no support

Do not buy if you have any form of back issues. I let fully expand before sleeping on it, I would wake through the night with lower back pain which isnt uncommon and reason why i bought bew mattress so i didnt think anything of it. By morning the pain is completely unbareable ive never experienced pain this bad. There is zero support with this mattress and is on the plush side nothing medium about it.

DON'T BUY THIS MATTRESS

2 months after purchasing this mattress it began to sag in the middle. 2 people sleeping in this bed wind up laying up against each other in the center of the mattress. THEN - since I can't read "fine" print - SAMS CLUB will not allow me to return the mattress because I threw away the box. THEY REQUIRE YOU TO BRING IT IN FOR THEIR 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX. I am so disappointed in the mattress and SAMS CLUB. WHO KEEPS A BIG BOX STORED JUST EXPECTING A TRUSTED STORE LIKE SAMS WOULD SELL THEM SOMETHING CRAPPY THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO RETURN IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Garbage Product- Created neck issues

Mattress is far too soft you will end up with severe neck pains. The mattress has completely compressed and now I am experiencing both neck and back pains. This all even though I didn't sit or sleep on it for 72 hrs. after opening. This scenario is absolutely absurd and very disappointing

Really Nice!

We're at day three on our Members Mark mattress, after returning a Casper mattress that we purchased. We found that the Casper was very stiff, and didn't breathe. On the flip side, this new mattress is super comfortable, and breathes well. It says cooling gel, but I haven't really felt cooling (It just has better airflow). For the price, I would recommend this to anyone.

Very nice!!!

I thought that I wanted a softer bed but this is perfect. It is soft on top but you don't sink down in it. It does a great job keeping me in alignment. I have problems with my SI joint getting out of alignment and I usually have pain and night and have to keep shifting into different positions. But I don't have to with this mattress. I slept very well on it the first night. I also highly recommend the Member's Mark Premium adjustable base to go with it. It is amazing!!

Disappointed somewhat

I was disappointed with my new mattress. I thought I was buying a conventional type mattress and was surprised when I received it . It was described as a hotel type mattress but i having never seen one like it in a hotel and unlike other bed in a box type you can’t just return it . But , it is reasonably comfortable

Absolutely terrible

We bought this mattress maybe a year ago to replace a 15 year old mattress. At first we loved it but it quickly went down hill from there. We let it set up for a full 48 hours to lay on it and the first month was nice. Then to my surprise the middle started sagging and BAD. After numerous spins over the last few months this mattress is almost unusable as the center sinks so bad that my fiancé and myself wake up basically on top of eachother every single morning and with worsening back pain each day. Absolutely do not suggest this mattress and am currently looking into their “10 year warranty” they advertise

Not A Good Fit

King mattress purchased via pickup at local Sam's Club. First the box weight is about 80 pounds. The Sam's associate brought it out on a flat cart and didn't even attempt to load it in my truck. Never offered to help even as I stuggled to lift in the back of my truck. Got the mattress home and removed from box. Removed the plastic. I let it expand for 72 hours. It seem the cover is bigger than foam. When we put it on the bed the cover bunched up and was very loose.

1-Day In, Not Impressed

This is the second foam style mattress that we have purchased. We have the King Serta 12" Sleep-To-Go mattress in our master bedroom, which we really like and have had for over two years (also purchased at Sam's). We wanted to save money on a mattress (queen) for a spare bedroom, so we went with the Members Mark brand this time. It was pulled out of the package yesterday early afternoon, but after about 8 hours of expanding, it still appeared very lumpy. The edges are not expanding much and the mattress appears to be closer to 8-9", not 12" as advertised. I opted to sleep on the new mattress last night to test it out. This morning when I woke up, I felt I was sunken half-way into the mattress. I'm 6' and 215lbs. I've never had any issues with other mattresses in the past. The mattress is VERY soft, nowhere as firm or supportive as our Serta. I will give the mattress another 24 hours before returning it or contacting customer service to get any issues resolved.
