There is zero support at all. I had high hopes however this is a total bust. I have no idea how this can be advertised as medium firm when it is total mush. When it says Hotel, I thought it would be similar to a hotel type of mattress and there would be support for head, neck and body. Save your money and keep looking.

Extremely plushy

We purchased this in the early part of 2021. At first it started out well, only to turn out to be the worse mattress we've ever purchased. We purchased this mattress to replace a mattress that was 15 years old and honestly it turns out our old mattress was way better than this one. We held on to it thinking maybe we needed to give it time to adjust to. It sinks in the middle so bad you constantly feel like you are drowning into the bed. No cooling factors. As a matter of fact has contributed to my husbands back being messed up, my hip and side pain. JUST SO HORRIBLE! We're so disappointed we didn't return it immediately and embarrassed we allowed ourselves to suffer with this mattress so long. NEVER in our 54 years of life had both of us had such horrible sleep since purchasing this mattress. Now that we know better we would not recommend this mattress to anyone.

I don’t have enough words to say about this mattress. Hands down the best mattress I’ve ever had in my life. I have never slept as good as I do now. Only flaw is that I have a hard time waking up in the morning because it’s so comfortable! It has the perfect cushion too!

We bought the members mark 12" hotel foam mattress. I usually like a firm mattress, this said medium firm. It was super easy, you carefully cut the wrapping and it airs up instantly. We have slept without pain for a week now. No complaints here. Awesome mattress, especially for the price.

This mattress has not lived up to my expectations. It’s not an expensive mattress by any means but the quality is sub par. The top is not tight and is rumpling where I lay. It’s sinking also and my back is not happy. I wouldn’t purchase again. Sorry

This mattress is great for the price, but I wouldn't say it's the best mattress I've ever slept on. There are lots of reviews that call it "plush" and I definitely do not feel that way, I would say it's rather firm. However, I would still recommend it to people looking for a mattress at a bargain price. It's been great for stomach and side sleeping!

There's nothing FIRM about this mattress. I called customer support & they were no help. I let them know I never slept on the mattress because of how uncomfortable it was, way too soft. They told me to give it a few days to settle, 5 days later it's just as bad. This is supposed to be a firm mattress, DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A FIRM ONE.

I bought this bed because my 4-5 year old GhostBed got drenched in black water. This bed is actually pretty nice. Firmed up nicely in about 2-3 days. Sleeps well; less tossing and turning. Medium soft, cushy and firm. It’s definitely comfortable. The only reason I can’t give this 5 stars is because (just like all box mattresses it seems) it’s not actually 12”. But neither was my 12” GhostBed so I guess that’s how it goes. Once foam gets compressed so tightly and stays that way for a period of time, it’ll never quite return back to what it used to be before. But in all honesty it’s cheaper and better than my “classic” GhostBed.

I purchased this mattress for my son. It arrived perfectly, it expanded perfectly, it was comfortable. I read that the mattress may have a sent that will go away. Not the case here after about 3 weeks of upping the windows the stinch was making me sick and my son who has asthma. I took the covering off to wash it to hopefully alleviate the sent only to find the foam had a huge stain on it as if it had gotten wet, which explains the odor. I am so mad. I have just thrown away money.
