[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best memory foam mattresses we’ve had by far. My husband has a bad back and was very pleased with his restful sleep. This isn’t a firm mattress but it’s not soft either. We’ve had this for a few weeks now and there is no indenting on either side, not even because we have the bad habit of sitting on the edge. Highly recommended!

This mattress is very firm and it’s great on my back. Not only that, but it’s quite refreshing. I tend to get hot a lot at night and sweat, but the fabric is breathable and fresh. It has a cooling effect. It’s not too big and bulky either. It’s a great mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is my first time with a mattress coiled in a box! To be honest I had not researched this. But there are so many pluses to this mattress!!!! Right off the bat, SO easy to just set aside (I was also able to move it around myself) as I waited for a mattress base. This came amazingly compressed and sealed very well inside a vacuum sealed plastic wrap. Just take extra care unwrapping, again...amazingly it starts to fluff up/come to life. I did wait for a cpl hours for it to fully inflate, and wow! I am absolutely amazed. Amazed at level of firmness, w/o any sinking at all. I found it firm, yet soft and very breathable. I have NOT noticed any of my husbands tossing and turning, either. Awesome! Best of all...it has remained cool!!! My temperature rises so much at night and with this mattress it is SO MUCH BETTER. I live in a hotter state, and wake up several times @ nite due to overheating. I cannot stress enough how much I love this cooling feature. For comfort, for coolness, for an excellent and undisturbed sleep I can't recommend this mattress enough. Great quality. Bravo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sleep I've had on this Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress is unbelievable. I'm not one that loves gel an soft mattresses but this one is different. It's a firm, strong type of soft. The comfort is amazing. This is definitely a winner. It 12 in so its thick but my sheets fit it fine. No slip offs and the coverings is not too short. I believe this mattress was made especially for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to wait a few days to sleep on this mattress so I could give a truthful review. It is incredible!!!! We had a high-priced memory foam mattress before and this member’s mark mattress is better. It came vacuum packed and unfurling it was easy. There was no weird smell and it became its normal size within a matter of minutes, not hours. I would not hesitate to buy this mattress and am now campaigning to my husband to ge the king size one as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is pretty hefty. It weighs about 90 pounds. It took two people to end over end it up the stairs. Once you get it out of the box don't unroll it from the outer plastic until you have it in place where you want it to go. Once I had it on top of my queen box springs which was on top of a platform i started to unroll the outer plastic. I could here it already hissing a little, so that meant it was starting to expand. It stated on the handbook that it would take 24 to 48 hours to fully inflate. It had fully inflated less than 24 hours to me. I would use a box springs or platform not both. I am using both and it is so high. Since the mattress is 12 inches, the box spring is almost that and the platform is about 1 and a half to 2 feet of the ground. The puts the mattress at my stomach and i'm 5'4. The Member's mark Hotel premier collection mattress is really comfortable. It forms to my body in about 5 mins of laying on it. If i turn over it re forms to my body. I really enjoy the cooling effects on my body from the mattress. I am a hot natured person and this bed kept me cool all night. It feels like you are sleeping on clouds. I would love to try this out in a king size bed as well. I really slept well on this mattress.

The cooling gel is great i usually sweat all night but on this mattress i didn't sweat at all. I definitely recommend everybody getting one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] People like ranges from firm to soft beds. I like a medium firm bed and this fit exactly that. You can tell, on the first couple finches, that the material is memory foam-like. For back pain, you need a firm bed that maintains your back line. This bed was fantastic for that. A nice combination of comfortable and firm. Very easy to unpack and place on bed.

They are not kidding when they say it is hotel quality. This mattress is pillowy soft and we look forward to many years of using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are completely blown away at how conformable this queen size mattress is that comes in a box!! When my husband moves I don't feel it at all. The bed does not get to hot or to cold. Removing it from the box and cutting the plastic was easy.
