mattress was not quite as firm as I would have expected. although it is not bad. but that;s the reason for the 4 stars. I purchased also at the same time a 12 inch serta king which is how I made my comparison.I must say tho for the price 399 (queen) it can't be beat.

It is thick, firm and immediately hugs your body in all of the right places as soon as you lie on it. It is wonderful and the price is outstanding! My daughter laid on it and immediately said that this is the one she will purchase to replace the old one that she is now sleeping on. She is doubling excited about the price. You will not be dissatisfied with this purchase.

This is the 4th mattress of this exact type with the exception of size that I or someone in my family has purchased. The previous three felt and looked great. This one has lumps (really large raised wrinkles) in the cover that we hoped would go away but didn't. Since it still felt great and because returning and replacing would be such a hassle, we just kept it. Sorry no pictures.

I suffered a L1 compression fracture in January after a fall, and have had significant pain ever since. I chose the mattress based on the promise of perfect support for my back. The mattress feels luxurious, but I still wake up with an aching back. That could be because of my injury, and not the fault of the mattress, but I am disappointed, none the less.

Love this bed. My mother has a iQ beautyrest and this bed is just like sleeping on her almost $2000 mattress!!!

The mattress doesn’t allow sheets to stay secure on it and it’s difficult to get out to bed because the mattress sinks in

The bed is luxuriously comfortable. The best combination between soft and firm. The price is extremely reasonable. Very happy with my purchase.

We love this mattress so much we bought 4 and replaced all the beds at our STR in Florida with them. They are so comfy and hold up great!!
