I purchased the Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12-Inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress (Full size) on May 27, 2024 for my son's room. A week ago, I discovered he was sleeping on the floor without mentioning any discomfort with the mattress. On December 6, 2024, I bought a new bed frame because I hadn't’t purchased a box spring. Initially, I noticed the head of the mattress was lower than the foot, which I attributed to it being new. Now, there’s a sinkhole forming at the head of the mattress. While the mattress has a weight limit of 300 lbs and my son weighs approximately 274 lbs, I am unsure if this is contributing to the issue.

This product really is making me physically sick the chemical scents that’s coming through gives me migraines and the mattress is not comfortable at all. I have back problems and I wake up sore everytime. Haven’t had a restful sleep unless I take sleeping meds.

My wife and I tried this mattress because we wanted something medium firm, but this is more like a plush mattress. If you like something really soft, you might like this but it was not medium firm. I was also disappointed in sams club return policy (auburn hills, mi) as they had special conditions about returning this that aren't listed on their website or anywhere in the store. Inquire with your store about returns before buying.

I loved this mattress for about 60 days BUT at about 2 months of owning this, the foam inside started to yellow and come through the fabric casing-which is not washable. It looked awful. Thankfully Sams has a 90 day return policy BUT you cannot take it back to them so you are stuck paying $100 to have it hauled away so you don’t really get a full refund. If you don’t care how it looks, but it and get good sleep. If you do, choose something different.

The biggest problem I have is this mattress does not cool at all. I bought this in summer and itwas hot. I thought it might be nice in winter, but I am still waking up sweating horrendously. Also the mattress is quite soft and trying to turn to my side I feel like im trapped in a giant marshmellow. I really wanted to live this mattress, but this mattress was a great let down.

Slept on this mattress for a month now and I dont wake up with sore back anymore. Its probably more that its gel memory foam since Ive slept on everything else with same back issues for years and after lot of researching Im glad I purchased this mattress!

I have found that Buying a mattress is not as easy as buying groceries. If you go to a furniture or mattress store. You CANNOT simply buy it and take it (even if you have a truck). You Have To "Order" it. Then, they will deliver it. The DELIVERY Is NOT Free! Anyway, This mattress. Comes in a box?? You have to carefullu roll it out. It expands to an impressive thickness. If you've been slepping on a bad bed. This will seem like HEAVEN! It did for me. I sleep Better now!

I was a little hesitant to buy after reading the bad reviews, but I did and it's a great mattress for the price. I laid it out at 2p and was about 90% ready at 8p, slept better then I have in years. It took about 2 days to be 100% and was more firm then I wanted but it works. I also picked one up for my daughter and her husband they later went and bought one for my granddaughter. If you buy one one it's not even as it inflating it takes 24-48hrs to fully inflat.

This is a great mattress. I normally have trouble sleeping so this morning I was tired, got my son up and in the shower as he was gone I laid on his bed with this mattress. I fell asleep so easily and crashed hard. I woke up confused. I had a dream that I needed to take my son to the hospital, woke up and almost took him to the hospital. So yeah this is the mattress I will be upgrading to. Hopefully I can return my $2k mattress for this bit of bliss.

I'm about 160lbs and have owned around a dozen bed in box type mattresses. After it had expanded, I sat on it and was surprised when I hit the wooden support slats. No exaggeration, the mattress compressed down to nearly nothing. This is for my 8 year old so hopefully I don't need to drag it back to Sams. Since it is described as medium firm, I gave it a low rating. If you are lighter and looking for a very soft mattress, this may be just the thing.
