This mattress stinks! Bought for my toddler’s upgrade to a big boy bed and the small is just horrible. It smells like plastic! Can smell from the hallway it’s so bad. Has been open and airing out for two days and not any better. Will be going back.

I jjust purchased the Hotel queen 12” gel foam mattress yesterday. I didn’t know I wasn’t suppose to sleep on it until 24 hrs later. Anywho, I slept very well. THUMBS UP on this product. I didn’t know anything abt foam mattresses. Lol

I have been working from home for the last three weeks so the Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress has been my office. I can say that it’s an office I never would like to leave that’s how great it feels. I know that this has been the best sleep that I have had in years no waking up at night or tossing and turning just peaceful sleep. I liked that it was easy for me to move around on my own. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most comfortable bed that I have ever layed down on. Its 12 inches deep and queen size so it was just what my wife and I needed to finally get our four year old out of our bed. Though I usually prefer a firm bed this one completely surprised me. It's the perfect amount of room for two full size adults. We just completely redid our room so we needed something smaller compared to the king that we originally had and this was right up our alley. The bed comes to you in a bag and so we were a little sceptic opening it but it completely surprised us how comfortable it was. The bed is made of a very soft fabric that isn't itchy like some. All in all this bed is perfect from the thickness to the size and also that super soft fabric that its made of that makes you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.

We had a high-priced memory foam mattress before and this member’s mark mattress is better. It came vacuum packed and unfurling it was easy. There was no weird smell and it became its normal size within a matter of minutes, not hours. I would not hesitate to buy this mattress and am now campaigning to my husband to ge the king size one as well!

They are not kidding when they say it is hotel quality. This mattress is pillowy soft and we look forward to many years of using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great mattress to sleep on for a great night sleep. The queen bed is in my sons room and he loves it. The mattress has a slight firm feel and and and soft on top of the mattress. The mattress is thick and fits fine on a queen bed frame. It can be used with or without a box spring.

I was concerned due to some of the negative reviews but I'm glad I followed through with the purchase. For me the mattress has been the perfect combination of comfortable and firm. Some reviewers have said it's not a medium firm mattress. I don't know if that is true or not but the mattress has been firm enough for me...given that if I sleep on less firm mattresses the lack of support will cause me to have a discomfort.

The most recent was an up and coming memory foam company. Well, I've been really pleased with this mattress. I've been dealing with back issues for 20 years so my sleep is pretty critical to my general well-being. I am a side-sleeper and this mattress is very supportive. No issues right now for me. It's a great mattress for the price. Definitely listen to the time it takes to unfold and let it air out.
