I removed it and allowed it to sit in my office for the full 48 hours it recommended. There is a slight odor when you initially take it out. I only get a hint of it now but can tell it is going away. The covering on this mattress is soft and cool to the touch. The mattress itself is super comfortable with the right amount of support. My boyfriend is normally a tosser at night. He didn't move. I am a very hot sleeper, with my pillow and mattress feeling like steam is coming up from it when I get up. I remained cool and under my covers the whole night. I am very pleased with this mattress and would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been needing a good comfortable mattress for quite a while what I really love about this mattress is once you unwrap it it starts to puff up getting bigger and bigger a like that it is made of good quality material and fibers and that it also has the ability to keep you cool especially on those hot summer nights. If you are looking for a good high quality comfortable mattress I highly recommend this mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying, this box was really heavy. Unpacking the mattress is a 2-person job but it is so worth it! Sleeping on this is like sleeping on a giant marshmallow from heaven. And unlike foam toppers I have had in the past, the softness does not make me hot and sweaty. My existing sheets fit fine and I wake up happy and well rested!

I love the memory foam it definitely turned my restless nights into sleeping through the night. I love that it has like a cooling gel so I can stay cool while sleeping. When I received the mattress it was rolled up and I was like there is no way this thing is going to be comfortable. As I laid it out onto my box spring and it unfolded it bounced right up and rose in the air and created this big beautiful mattress. I was completely surprised that this box had such a big item inside. I was skeptical to think, there is no way I'm gonna feel comfortable on an item like this. Well let me tell you I laid down on that bed and WOW, I really didn't want to get up. This mattress was so comfortable honestly like the best mattress I have ever owned. That night was the best sleep I have had in a really long time. I absolutely love my new bed and I love how easy it is now to fall asleep. Its a very soft mattress inside and out. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a mattress that has a hotel quality and something that is also cuddly and soft I believe that this Queen mattress is definitely for you, You wont be disappointed I know I wasn't.

Was skeptic to about buying a mattress for online without laying on it. Our old mattress just wasn’t working decided to try a bed in a box! Best decision we made!! Best sleep we’ve had in a long time! So soft. It just melts around you. Hip and back problems gone !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a few different memory foam mattresses at this point, and the problem with some of them is that they are too soft and don't offer any real support through the night. This mattress is great though, soft but supportive. Love that it's not too deep, I can actually use all my sheets. Really recommend this mattress.

If you like camping and love that feeling of sleeping on a slightly deflated air mattress with virtually no support..... then this mattress is for you! I'm actually embarrassed that I bought this for company to sleep on. The reviews were not good. RETURNING.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel fortunate that I've had 2 other really great mattresses that i've most recently had. One was the most well-known brand of memory foam. The most recent was an up and coming memory foam company. Well, I've been really pleased with this mattress. I've been dealing with back issues for 20 years so my sleep is pretty critical to my general well-being. I am a side-sleeper and this mattress is very supportive. No issues right now for me. It's a great mattress for the price. Definitely listen to the time it takes to unfold and let it air out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress took a few days for me to get use to, its much firmer than my old mattress so it took some time getting use too. The firmness feels great on my back and i have been able to sleep so much better and wake without back pain. I wish it would have had the cooling gel to keep me cooler at night but above all it is a great mattress!
