[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress contained in a decent-sized box that wasn't unmanageable. It definitely was heavier than originally anticipated (90 lbs I believe?). The mattress itself was rolled up and vacuum sealed. Once the plastic wrap was cut, the mattress "aired up" in a few minutes. The smell was similar to other "mattress in a box" products (I've had 2). It just needs some time to air out. The mattress itself was not too hard, not to soft, but just right. The height/deepness of the mattress was perfect. No struggling with sheets.

I'm not one that loves gel an soft mattresses but this one is different. It's a firm, strong type of soft. The comfort is amazing. This is definitely a winner. It 12 in so its thick but my sheets fit it fine. No slip offs and the coverings is not too short. I believe this mattress was made especially for me

After trying various types of mattresses with all kinds of materials and thicknesses, I've finally found one on which I can wake up completely rejuvenated without any signs of a sore back. I can wholeheartedly recommend this Member's Mark 12-in mattress. Give it a shot and you won't go back.

This made transferring it from the front door to the bedroom an absolute breeze! Getting it out of the box and onto my platform bed was super simple! The quality of this mattress seems to be superb and like it will last for years. Not too firm for me and not too soft.

When it came in a box and shrink wrapped my first impression was, no way! All we did was cut open the plastic and lay it on the bed. Within 24 hours the bed seemed to be completely fluffed out. This isn't a super thick mattress but it is thick enough. I was able to put regular queen bedding and it all fit just fine. I wouldn't say it was a cool or a warm bed. It seemed to be just right. Highly recommended and happy to have it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always curious about the quality of sleep I will get when I'm staying in a hotel, as it seems all of the mattresses are completely different. I wish every hotel had this mattress, though. It's comfortable, it's right in the middle-of-the-road as far as softness/firmness is concerned, it doesn't get too hot, nor do you freeze to death while sleeping. I'm very impressed with the quality and I look forward to getting many a good night's sleep on this mattress. My only potential concern is the longevity, but that's something we'll just have to find out in the long-term. If you're looking for something that is of good quality, comfortable, and not tailored to a very specific type of person, then I'd definitely recommend giving this mattress a try.

The mattress comes compressed in a box and it's very easy to assemble, just follow this three steps, unroll, remove the plastic then put it on the bed frame and in few minutes it will be completely unfold, it was something magical. I like a lot of the features, the soothing cool breathability makes this product layer be more fresh. This mattress design delivers comfort and relieves back pain, i personally recommend because my body aches and difficulty to sleep disappeared from the first day i start using it. The texture is soft and the material quality and touch is pretty good. It results in a good nights sleep, ideal for anyone. The upper layer is firm but very gently to our body. It completely change my type of living by giving me the support and comfort i was wishing. This mattress gives me happy and pleasant mornings, it basically the best sleeping aid.

Fedex delivered & left box in rain. Thank god mattress was wrapped in plastic. This was listed as ' ultra plush' but, definitely is Not. More of a medium firm. No real softness at all. If you sit on it, you will sink in. If you lay on it & your weight is distributed , you will lay on top with no plushness. Decent price & easy set up but, definitely not a plush mattress. I am considering returning.

I have slept on this mattress for 4 nights now and I wake up more refreshed and fall asleep faster than I ever thought possible. It took about two days for it to fully form into it's full shape, but I slept on it after the first night and it was still amazing. This mattress is a life- changer and I highly recommend you get one for yourself. I am a pretty hot natured person and this mattress is cool to the touch and definitely keeps me from throwing the blanket off in the middle of the night.
