I was skeptical about buying a bed in a box, but what a great decision! My wife is disabled and has sleep issues but she is actually sleeping better now. I’m so happy I decided to take a chance on this mattress.

This was our first purchase of a mattress in a box. Our guest slept on it for two nights and loved it. The cooling gel kept her cool throughout the night. This mattress works great on the Member’s Mark adjustable base.

This is our 3rd mattress in our 44 years of marriage and it is the best. Much less expensive than the last one, but so much better!!! I'm so glad we bought this one.

Very poor support for regular-sized adults. Adults sink through all the way to the bottom of the mattress. It’s not terrible for kids because of their weight, however.

It is very comfortable. Didn't have a smell as some other reviews mentioned. We left it to "rise" for 48 hours. First night on it, I slept all through the night, which I haven't done in years. It's not too soft or too firm.

It was a gift for my 93yr old mother who wasn’t sleeping. This was perfect for her paired with the mechanical base. She is very comfortable and sleeping now! Thank you Sams club. You never disappoint!

there is an obvious defect with this mattress, but Sam's will not pick-up or refund because I picked it up curbside. I have no way to return it without renting a truck. HORRIBLE - stay away (see pics)

Ordered 6/6/24 still waiting sleeping on floor because they sent wrong bed and wont answer after we tried to get problem corrected.Dont do business with these people.My rate is-0.

The bed is OK for my almost 6 year old son. He is a slim kid, so for him it is fine. For an adult a medium feel, maybe not so much. Maybe a firm would have been better. For now the bed will do.

Just enough softness without being to firm… only complaint is that has a slight loose, wrinkle that didn't fill out completely but doesn't effect comfort…. To heavy and a little difficult( once out of box ) to exchange
