Seriously being a mom is hard work and being able to put someone on for my two year old quick is hard to do while trying to do a million other things. So being able to work my crystal UHD smart Tv so easily makes my life with a toddler so easy!

Self diagnostics discovered one LED out and resulted in TV being unusable. I Have always had Samsung. Switched back and this one is easy to use, initializes quickly, and has great picture. Even works better with the competition's sound bar than the competition TV did.

The reaction between remote and TV was always impeccable, the pictures perfect, if there was a flaw in the delivery, it was the WiFi's fault, not the TV's. Additionally, the TV connected flawlessly with my Samsung account and all other Samsung products I use. I was definitely satisfied and I will get another Samsung TV, as soon as I will have the chance to do so! What an amazing TV and streaming service and experience!

My children love the easy access to Disney plus and HBO max and paramount plus. They also love the games section where they spend a lot of time playing! If I could I would always have the newest Samsung TV on the market. Samsung TVs are far superior to any other maker out there.

I'm not tech savy, not that this TV doesn't have extra features, but it's easy to operate. I love the Samsung Plus, and the channel's it offers. We bought a sound bar that isn't a Samsung. Wish I had bought a Samsung instead. But overall, I am very pleased with my Samsung. And it is sooo compatible with my Galaxy phone!

Tried to get a HDMI selector and everytime I switched inputs the tv ated like it was the first time connecting. It is such a hassle I don't know too many people that only need to connect two things to their tv.. cable box, game systems and streaming devices.

I would highly recommend this television to others, but due to speaker locatoin (or whatever the reason), would not recommend it to those not planning on purchasing a soundbar or or additional speakers.

There are so many features, probably won't get to use them all, but that's OK. Great quality pictures as well. Always buy Samsung for my main TV, and smartphone. Couldn't be happier!!!
