I love everything about this television. It is easy to set up, the picture is wonderful and the price is very good for the great quality of what you were getting. The only reason why I don't give it five stars is for some reason the version of VUDU that Samsung TVs have access to won't let you play the free movies they offer on other systems like TiVo. Other than that this is a great product.

Picture is nice and clear and when I did have a few issues, customer service was very nice and knowledgeable and were able to help me. Love the TV!

I'm so disappointed. We bought this TV at the store literally talking about how we trusted the Samsung brand. Two weeks later, the TV has started to randomly act out. It will cut the sound, replace it with a weird stuttering and won't respond to the remote. The only solution is to unplug it and turn it back on. I'm so thankful we're still within the return period and we didn't put the effort into putting on the wall yet. We'll be returning it and purchasing something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was placed on sun porch for sports viewing and streaming. Easy TV setup to get TV operating. Many features for advanced setup are hidden and take a while trying to find them. Automatic sensing is great but you must be aware that it is running in background so many features like Home Theatre are automatically set. When things are not working you must be good detective to find solution. The remote stick takes a while to figure the hidden features when it comes to streaming. Samsung free Streaming is great with many channels to choose from...all free! All in all I think this is a great little TV....once you get the hang of it a whole new world opens for you.....and I am 83, so if I can do it you can too.

So, my TV is great even with it being almost 2 yrs old. My product is awesome. The only thing I would love for the TV upgrade to have is the dual Bluetooth mode. I also wish you guys could upgrade the limitations of the television. So expand its knowledge in software more and appstore. My TV speed is out of date because it's getting old. absolutley love my smart tv. set up was simple. the stand is sturdy , it has a bluetooth feature (not all smart tvs have them) ..i like connecting the tv to ky wireless head phones. the picture quality is crisp & clear. the remote is similar to the one i used for my fire stuck. its easy to use & easy to switch to a cable box if hoi have it .
