I have multiple trouble kids who love to break stuff including my tvs and I have experience with other manufacturers such as LG and Sony but Samsung is always there for me. 5 stars is not enough I truly recommend this brand and extremely durable for all my parents with little ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Crystal UHD tv!!! I am a huge fan of all Samsung products! My TV has beautiful color and picture. Very sharp and clear. It was easy to set up and use and the software on it is very intuitive.

Unfortunately, Samsung continues to use the Tizen operating system to run the local functions of the smart environment. This causes many of the apps to run slowly and to require restarting them. But the picture is spectacular (and the sound isn't bad either)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new TV. I have it in my bedroom and watch it every night when I go to bed. I also watch it on my days off from work. I guess technically I watch it 24 hours a day 3 days a week and from about 7 pm until the next morning for 4 nights a week. I really like the ease of finding shows and movies and the fact that I have more free channel options than I did on my ROKU television. I play games on it too occasionally but prefer watching it. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. The hardest thing I found about it was remembering where the buttons were at on the remote. My old remote was pretty simple and small with just a few buttons and the remote for my Samsung TV has more buttons and is bigger.

Always have heard many great interesting facts about the great features about Samsung TVs .So id love to have the experience in trying out y'all's great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing quality and easy to set-up. It's really thin so it's also easy to wall mount. I've had no issues with the picture itself so far. It's really bright and the built in speakers are amazing, so you won't need to turn off the lights or additional speakers to enjoy a show/game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly we use the TV for watching news, weather and entertainment channels. We haven't tried streaming, but we are getting ready to. The picture is crystal clear and the set is easy to operate. We are looking forward to exploring more of what we can do on this larger model. Samsung has been a favorite of ours for many years. They never seem to disappoint! We are very happy owners, again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung 55” Crystal UHD as our main TV in the formal room. The picture is as described and the clarity is very nice once calibrated. Blacks are strong enough and the glare is minimal at least in our room as there is not too much light coming in anyway from the design of the home. The motion rate is less than desirable but since we don't play video games it is good for everyday sports and good enough for most programming. Nature shows sometimes have trouble deciphering what is going on especially the bird wing flapping. Overall a great TV for the price point and we shopped around awhile before deciding to go with the Crystal UHD as it was within my budget. Sony's 55” came a close second but after reading reviews we chose the Samsung…

out of the box the picture was terrible. we made a few minor changes and it only got worse. we reset it to factory settings and are learning to live with it. the built in apps and bluetooth are nice. my 2011 models are equal quality without all the bells and whistles
