It has been amazing to see how clear and beautiful the picture is especially when the movie is UHD format. I would highly recommend this tv, it is lightweight and high quality. I am happy with my Samsung products and was very pleased with the new tv features.

i found a bit slow browsing through apps even with good inernet connection. the most room for improovement is definitely the sound. even with it's most advanced serting it is quite poor in my oponion. in any case, love the slimness of it and great image overall.

As the tech coordinator for an elementary school, I am happy that we chose this model for all of our classrooms. Only one of fifteen TVs has occasional problems connecting to the wifi network. The rest are big, beautiful, powerful TVs that are perfect for a classroom of 25 kids. The audio is fine too, but we purchased Samsung HW-S50A soundbars to boost the sound to a level that richly fills the whole room. Half our TV's are now two years old, and continue to function perfectly. Thanks for a great product!

Couldn't find a better deal for a television that works so well! Apps available are plenty and I stream many movies and shows using these available apps. Best purchase I've done in a while.

First I have not called Samsung support but amazon alexa support seems to come and go (not consistent) but what a fantastic picture. Thought 85" was too big, well it's not, you can feel that you are there paired with the Q900?? sound bar totally awesome

The colors are so rich and really vibrant. I also love that, being a Samsung product, it joins the rest of my Samsung products and seamlessly connects with smartthings and Samsung health among others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use the tv for all my gaming and streaming needs. The picture is super crisp and clear. Then when I need to have a computer for work. I turn the Samsung Dex on my phone on and connect it to the Samsung tv and I have a 50 in laptop that I can operate with my phone as the keyboard. I'm super satisfied with the tv. I would have gave 5 stars, but the remote is super laggy, even with new batteries. Once that's upgraded. Then it will be a perfect viewing experience.

The only thing I wish is that the volume on the TV was louder. We had to buy the surround sound to really get a good feel of the TV. Otherwise great buy.
