The smart features like voice control, and Tizen operating system are really great to use. It connects with everything so well, including our Sonos Beam (through ARC). Not only does this TV look fantastic, it is advertised correctly. If you use the "Help Me Choose" option from Samsung when shopping for TVs, they correctly lead you to this option, the AU8000 which is affordable compared to some other options. Great picture quality and features for an outstanding VALUE. Thank you Samsung!

Easy to follow step-by-step instructions. Remote control makes it simple to navigate channels or stream through networks. The picture / colors are vivid and sharp. We use the TV for an array of activities. Movies, streaming, binging our favorite shows. I use it for my exercising class and the grandkids use it for their school activities. This is the story of the TV in the living room. Sunday through Wednesday the kids have it why because that's my work schedule by the time I come in I only have enough energy to spend an hour a day with the TV and then I'm off to bed but when Wednesday night come the kids don't understand the potential of how to unleash the full power that's the Samsung TV. One night we jump into game mode the following night movie mode or we feel like just relaxing music for one of my favorite things on there the Dex program so if I got to do a little extra work I don't have to look at no the phone I can look at it on the big screen and then the kids hate the fact when they try to have the remote from me I'll pull out my phone and I tell Bixby on my phone to turn the TV on

Paired with A6 series sound bar gives it that added boost of movie quality sound. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I bought the Samsung sound bar that came with a woofer to enhance my entertainment. I don't need to go to the movies any more. What I really love is the quality and the view. I also love the one tap feature. The feature where you can tap your phone on the edged of the tv and your phone can control the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally got to flat screen televisions when we moved abroad and have had three in 10 years, everything changed last year when we got our Samsun Crystal UHD AU8000. We couldn't believe the clarity, the size, the feeling of being in the movies. I'm still astounded many months later that the picture of this 55 inch widescreen projection is so clear. Watching older shows in HD has brought them to life. I hope this TV last for a long time, but in the very least, it has converted us to this technology for picture alone - Thanks Samsung!

We've had it for a few weeks. I like the picture for the price. Has some bleed along the edges and corners but it's nothing too bad and imperceptible on full screen movies or sports. Letterbox shows the bleed a little. I dislike the app handling. Would prefer it arranged in a grid for easier navigation vs horizontal and scrolling LtoR. The Samsung Live TV built-in is pretty cool!

I bought this TV a month ago and it has been great so far. Picture and sound are very good. If you are not using a sound bar or home theatre system this TV has decent sound from the built in speakers. The only thing to be aware of is that the 3rd HDMI output and digital sound output comes straight out of the back of the TV and can interfere with your wall mount. I ended up having to adjust the mounting brackets so that I had access to these outputs. Overall a great LED TV for the price and would highly recommend.
