[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old TV was 11 years old and I wanted something newer, larger and smarter. Going from 42"(not a Samsung) to 55" wasn't quite the size upgrade I wanted but I thought the 65" would be too large. It would have fit but I'm fine with this size. The switch to a Smart TV was harder than I expected though, now that I've gotten used to the routine, Im fine. I think that Samsung has done a good job of making it easy for us 65+ folks with no young people around to help. I would have been easier had my internet provider sent the correct DVR. See how old I am? I still use a DVR with the cable. That might go away once I get more comfortable with all the SMART features. I'm also enjoying many of the channels on Samsung+.

Feels like the people are right with you and coming out of the screen into your living room. Love the Smart TV features, and all the apps available to us through streaming. Love the speak commands on the TV. Great value and very pleased with out Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the tv for everything from heavy hours long game sessions to Netflix weekend season binging to casual basketball, mma, or just afternoon cable. But the majority is definitely games and Netflix . I love the image quality no matter what I'm doing with it and the fact that you don't lose any quality during gaming when your running in game mode with hardly any lag if at all its just my perfect all around set up. Basically getting most (not all) but most of the top of the line specs or features without having to fork out for the " fancy designer beauty tax" from top tier sets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As long as I had that product I was very satisfied with its performance, the perfect picture quality, and the delivered features. The reaction between remote and TV was always impeccable, the pictures perfect, if there was a flaw in the delivery, it was the WiFi's fault, not the TV's. Additionally, the TV connected flawlessly with my Samsung account and all other Samsung products I use. I was definitely satisfied and I will get another Samsung TV, as soon as I will have the chance to do so! What an amazing TV and streaming service and experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself is pretty nice. The quality looks good and we've had no issues with viewing 4k content. The smart remote stopped accepting voice input after a while and the menu seems to be clunky at times, but other than that there haven't been any major issues. We plan to upgrade to an OLED model soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung TV! Its so easy to screen mirror from my phone which doesn't work on other TV's. It comes with great apps installed but the best part is being able to download more, which is impossible on other products. Overall my favorite thing about my Samsung is the way the movies and shows play. There's no buffering, everything's clear, and its just by far the best quality in TV.
