Remote has Netflix and Amazon buttons built into the remote. All channel changes are easy to maneuver and are fast and accurate. Adjustable automatic sound can be programmed providing clear and good quality sound. It's lightweight and thin and looks very modern. Overall our Samsung TV provides quality viewing in all formats and genres for everyday shows to block buster movies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement TV for a 8 year old model, and I spent a lot of time looking for one that had at least all of features of my prior TV. Needless to say, my old TV was like driving a stick shift car where you manually rolled up the windows, and an AM radio, and then bought a high priced luxury car, and that's no joke. With the new 65" Smart TV, a Chrystal UHD Model AU800F The color is unbelievably sharp, the TV has so many built in Apps, that even though we bought in a few weeks ago, I'm still working my way through them; and with all the free movies, I'm in awe. Another feature that impressed me is that I can add additional items like our Blue Ray player, and external 1 GB external hard drive filled with over 220 movies we saved, and then edit the name in the menu, making it easier to locate and use. It has full voice control; I can synchronize it to my Dish Network and to my Google Voice, and candidly, I'm still learning what else is behind the curtain. In closing, I have been a Samsung user for many years, and your products are continually improving, more sophisticated and most important, much easier to use. Best of all,. it came with a 3 years manufacturer's guarantee, and that was the biggest selling point.

I use it all the time with an external flash drive plugged into the usb port on the back with movies I have downloaded. Perfect if internet ever goes out. Picture quality is amazing and I will only buy Samsung from now on.

I love that i can watch TV apps directly on my TV, such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. This is the best TV I've ever owned.

There are so many features, probably won't get to use them all, but that's OK. Great quality pictures as well. Always buy Samsung for my main TV, and smartphone. Couldn't be happier!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first new TV in years and we are very happy with it. Picture quality is excellent. We usually run the audio through an AV receiver and 5.1 speakers but when we've just listened to the TV's speakers, they've been impressive. The ultra slim remote has good ergonomics, and the TV's menus are intuitive. We use it with several streaming services, so far we haven't watched it with an antenna, so I can't comment on that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pictures quality isn't that bad. Sound is actually good. My biggest disappointment is the processor they chose to use for this TV. A cheap fire stick has better processor than this tv. I don't understand te decision there.
