While the picture quality of the tv is not as crisp as my more expensive LG OLED tv, it is comes close. Suffers from pixellation while watching sports but that is a minor issue compared to the rest. The audio quality is better than the LG. Overall, pleased with the performance for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV we have, aka the crystal HD TV is super excellent!, the pros is that it's 2160p resolution, it doesn't lag, great built in speakers, super thin bezels, good coloring grade, good viewing angles, and all that good stuff, Cons is that I hate the controller, the button gets stuck whenever I want to view a channel

Instant control of everything and seamless connection all from the phone you already have. The ui is pretty great if you don't own any streaming stuff. It has everything you need.

I'm not tech savy, not that this TV doesn't have extra features, but it's easy to operate. I love the Samsung Plus, and the channel's it offers. We bought a sound bar that isn't a Samsung. Wish I had bought a Samsung instead. But overall, I am very pleased with my Samsung. And it is sooo compatible with my Galaxy phone!

Problem with YoutubeTV is that the screen often goes black when I change channels. I then have to reboot the TV and then sometimes it will go black the next time I change channels, and so forth- very aggravating. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS. IT HAPPENS WITH MY 3 Qs BUT NOT EITHER OF MY 2 Ks.
